“Jesse, Eric, and Luis were life savers! Our truck blew a tire just outside of Baker. Towed in to American Tire Company just as they were closing. Those guys worked fast and were beyond professional by replacing the tire. They went above and beyond and so many different ways. Hats off to those men.”

“Midas diagnosed oil leaks (I didn't see any) and stated my valve cover gasket needed replacing, timing chain cover gasket needed replacing and that my 16 month old water pump (Midas installed) needed replacing. Oh and that I should replace my timing chain since the cover would already be off.

Before Mike's Auto was about to replace the valve cover gasket He brought me out to the garage and inspected where Midas said the leaks were and we couldn't find any leaks. He also did a pressure test to see if there was any indication that the water pump was leaking and there was no pressure loss so the water pump appeared to be fine. I appreciate the gentleman at Mike's Auto for personally showing me and being honest. He could have just taken the $250 and put on a gasket but he only charged me 75 bucks since this essentially just turned into a vehicle inspection. Honesty like this can almost guarantee repeat business and I really appreciate it. The only con would be that he appears to be a one-man show so you can't really just arrive and expect a service to be done that day; it looks like you have to make an appointment for everything which I understand.”

“Not only do I take my company vehicles here but also my personal. The guys here know what they’re doing and don’t play any games. Their reputation means more to them than trying to scam someone out of a few bucks and giving themselves a bad name, especially in a small town like Barstow. I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else in town or anywhere in else in the high desert for the matter.”

He was masterful in his knowledge, patience, and follow through in replacing my flat tire and helping me to troubleshoot next steps for ordering the tires I will eventually need. I absolutely recommend receiving services here. Jaime deserves a raise!!!!! I wanted to tip him and was disappointed when I wasn't allowed to because of Walmarts policy. Thank you Jaime!!!!!!!”
