My husband and I just visited this Pilot - we are long haul truckers and use the co-shower at Pilot and Flying J often. We came at 8 AM, and 4 showers were available.
The gentleman with a large black lettering arm tattoo went above and beyond by helping me get into my shower due to a broken keypad and the way he cleaned the bathrooms. It was beyond excellent! The bathrooms at this Pilot are spotless, and the customer service is incredible! Give that man a raise!
We will definitely be back. Thank you, guys, for taking care of us truckers!

The fresh food was not stocked, no condiments for the hotdogs. The employees are just flat out rude. Go across the street to any other truck stop than this one. Showers are terrible. Everything is just terrible

I read the remarks from the owner that is not true this place in particular very racist I want no longer go to this place and not recommended very dirty very rude very disappointed I have been in most of Flying J Pilot truck stops in California seem to be the same I've been driving to California interstates for 47 years I have never seen I have seen in the last 4 ears this is why I do not go to these in California nor will I go to places are the same indulging in this situation is a crime even though Flying J or Pilot does not want to man up especially the ones from here from the United States that live here and were born here again not recommended buy anyone
