    Was concerned as I heard Rose had left and she was great. Was very impressed with the girl that was in her place. Very good, but I understand she was just there until the new girl takes over as she was on vacation.

    Great experience. Phlebotomist was kind, friendly, efficient and experienced; barely felt the poke! Facility was very clean!!

    Would be more efficient if there was a receptionist and a technician at our facility.
