I don't like this service I tried a lot of different phone services and T-Mobile is full of crap. They give me a payment arrangement I make the payment but then they go and change the date on me at boost Mobile better quality on air time and it's not expensive like T mobile a little bit more expensive and my service plus goes in and out

The team at Barstow T-Mobile helped resolve my transfer from ATT to T-Mobile. Specifically, Luis V, Mobile Expert, helped resolve multiple issues with my new account: refund new iPhone 14 Pro Max, resale new devices, add new lines, upgrade lines to Go5Gplus, waive duplicate fees, sell Accessories for our new devices, provided detailed information on T-Mobile Home Internet (qualification requirements), ensured we capitalized on all promotions, and reviewed our warranty policy on the SyncUP KIDS watch. Most impressive about Luis and his supervisor, Six, their ability to maximize their efforts with us and still handle over a dozen customers during a cellular power-outage. My transaction with the team took almost three hours and the team ensured I didn't leave without all my issues resolved. In addition, a follow up appointment was scheduled to ensure there are no minor issues in the new service. I'm grateful to have such a professional team nearby - thank you Luis and the team at Barstow T-Mobile.
