She reached out to me tonight because I had a package that was supposed to be delivered through My address was smeared And undelivable and my normal postal carrier had just retired so Person delivering it did not know my name She called me and told me rest assured. Wow... Please look out! Employees stole anyone's debit and credit card mail plus your Social Security Administration mails!Now, they tried to hack your text with a fake email "USPS" because of your mail bank debit or credit. They knew your number text. They wanted your money. You should never trust text and mail and don't click it.

These people meaning USPS workers are stealing mail that's a federal offense I had some mail stolen with my kids shoes in them I haven't received a refund or gotten a call back from any superior at all said to say it's a old black woman in charge they give your mail to Anybody this post office needs to be investigated by the feds it's some shady play going on over this old woman's head ijs.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by USPS Clerk number 9 during my first-time passport application. She was incredibly professional and helpful throughout the process. I couldn't go in. Ramp angle is too steep! Mayo Clinic patient with a bone disease. Only wanted to get a replacement key to my mailbox at my apartment. Was told by my housekeeper who went inside that rep from Post Office will come outside to ID me so I can get the job done. Will return when I can!

Horrible.I made a passport appointment, gathered my documents, took time off from work, pulled family from their activities, and drove hours to the scheduled time. Arrived early and waited through a long line....then,USPS cancelled my reservation with no notice, phone call, or voice messagr. Huge inconvenience. They lied to my face and said they called me in advance. Hate the postal service lack of service and communication. No phone receptionist to ask questions or get issue resolved.

I scheduled a passport appointment for 5 of my children who are on Spring Break this week for today April 21, 2023. They call me saying they need to cancel because their clerk who does passports had an Emergency. Ok so you don’t have another person to step in for this person? Meaning you have one passport person to service the whole town? And then I have to go back online to make another appointment that will now have to go into their school time because you fail to plan? Come on Liz do better and plan better. Annoyed at this point. Ill take my business elsewhere.

Martinique came to my rescue and put my mail on hold on Monday. I tried to do a mail hold request with another postal employee on Saturday but she didn’t follow thru on my mail hold request . I can count on Martinique to do her job and she takes care of customers like their mail is her mail. Thank you Martinique for your customer care. I appreciate your service. You give postal employees a good name

Both women working in store on 1/4/23 at 430pm were kind and knowledgeable. There was a line and the one lady kept thanking each customer for waiting. They have some flat rate shipping boxes, discounted Christmas printed boxes, tape is behind the counter due to people stealing it apparently. Also have a greeting card display rack as well as an assortment of gift cards!
