DO NOT UPGRADE HERE. They are super nice so you won’t see it coming if you don’t verify with actual Verizon. They talk like they are Verizon but they are only an authorized dealer and do not honor the same pricing. I got an upgrade notification on my app to trade my phone in and get a new phone for free. Obviously I knew I needed to pay taxes on my phone. I went in and spoke to the sales man and he said he saw my upgrade and it will cost $290 for taxes for the new iPhone upgrade. I called my husband making sure that was what he wanted to do and he told me to leave because something wasn’t right. He was able to get the upgrade on the app for $77.00! I called the Verizon store after I left and asked them why the quoted me $220 more than the actual tax price and they said it’s because they are an “indirect store” and that is their fee. Save some money and go through the app!!!!!!!!! They won’t tell you upfront why the prices are higher because they know you will either order online and get the 2 day shipping or find a corporate store.

SUPER NASTY
The lady was hateful and super condescending. I asked for the manager, and he refused to talk and told me I had to leave.
They act as if they hate their jobs, customers, life, etc.
These are the most hateful people on planet earth. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, hateful, hostile, rude, disrespectful, abrasive - like a bunch of losers. They can't agree to anything including a conversation or answer a simple question.
Talking down to people is their area of expertise. "LOSERS"
The manager Tyrone is totally incompetent.
"THE THUG LIFESTYLE" is not going to cut it.
Avoid this hell hole at all costs!!!!

If you ever need help with your phone see Tristan at Victra Verizon in Barstow, CA. He is courteous and very helpful. We really appreciated the time he took to get our products up and running and he was very thorough on explaining/answering all our questions and concerns we had. Highly recommend him.

Edit: After posting this review, the manager of this store got into contact with me and gave me a full refund of everything I was oversold. I'm still leaving this review at only three stars because the employee also signed me of for monthly subscriptions such was Walmart+ without my knowledge or permission.Slow, shady, and straight liars. My phone broke and I went to those store to buy a new S23+. My wait time was more than 20 minutes even with only three other customers in the store.Steven T told me that because of the phone I was buying, a bundle including a case, screen protector, charger block, and camera protector was all included in the price of the phone. That I didn't have to pay any extra for them.I was charged $300+ and was told that was just taxes and part of the down payment on the phone. The entire time Steven told me I couldn't buy just the phone. That I had to buy this entire bundle. Steven T would not show me his tablet or computer and kept everything hidden. He then told me he would email me a receipt.I was never emailed a receipt. After working with customer service I finally received an itemized receipt almost 24 hours later showing I did pay extra for this mandatory bundle that I "had to buy".Completely lied to and ripped off by this customer service team.
