I had such an amazing experience at Kate Spade today that I had to share.
There were two employees working this afternoon (around 12:50), and although I didn’t catch their names, they will absolutely know who they are. We came in to shop for my mom’s birthday, and they truly went above and beyond.
Not only did they help us find the perfect gift, but they made the entire experience so special, especially for my 12-year-old. They took the time to make him feel included, and the way they packaged everything so thoughtfully made it even more memorable for him.
They didn’t just help us shop they created a moment we’ll both remember. Customer service like that is rare, and it really stood out.
I truly hope more places have people like them. Thank you for making my mom’s birthday gift (and our day) so Special.”
