“Went in here with low expectations as some of the higher rated places made us feel unwelcome and we would leave without trying anything on but this place deserves 10 stars we had a dress and color in mind my daughter changed her mind and the lady was so helpful with picking another color she tried on over 10 dresses again very patience with us and wasn’t pushy at all. At the end she went over prices all written down and told us to think about it and if we wanted to try on more to come back and we can try more on all this with a smile and patience. I would 1000% recommend”

“I had such a great experience at Flares! The store is very clean and staff is amazing! Ray was incredibly welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. I found my dress and felt completely supported the entire time. I ordered the dress last May and it came in October. When I went to pick it up, Ray again helped me pick out a veil to go along with it! I tried on so many and didn't feel rushed or pressured at all.

I just recently had my first dress alterations fitting and the tailor was great and answered all my questions!”

“I can't express how wonderful my experience was coming here and having Katie as my stylist. She went above and beyond to make our experience comfortable, fun, and special! I came just to casually try on some veils and get my measurements done for my dress that I am ordering, but didn't think I would actually find anything I loved. Not only did Katie graciously help me so much with the measurements, but she also found me my absolute dream veil because of her expertise! I was shocked to walk away feeling like my wedding outfit was complete, and so excited to order my veil. I didn't even think I would care about a veil so much until she found me the right one, but I'm so in love with it. She also had me try on a similar dress to the one I'm getting, and helped me see how they would together. I can't say enough about how amazing she was as a stylist. On top of all that, she is also just the sweetest and happiest person, which helped me go from feeling anxious at first, to super relaxed and happy to be there. I showed them inspo pictures of exactly everything I wanted, and they made it come true and exactly what I wanted the day of the event. They make sure everything looks nice and showed up early to set up. They did the tables and real floral centerpieces; they decorated the main table and backdrop with the roses at the top.”

The girls at the shop were very professional and knew their stock and really helped my daughter find what she was looking for. My daughter ended up buying a dress that she had tried on somewhere else. She wanted a different color than what the other place had in stock. This store has so many dresses they actually had the color my daughter wanted in stock and in her size. My daughter really wanted to get her dress her because they were the most helpful and friendly.”

“Got a prom dress here for my daughter, they were so helpful and the dress is perfect! They even did some seamstress work for us as the dress was just a bit long. Just a heads up that they may have to order a size if they do not have it in stock, but luckily the dress we wanted was the perfect size for her. I would highly recommend stopping in here to take a look!”
