This was by far the worst experience of my life. Staff and management has serious communication issues. I have a Porsche Taycan full electric and they did a horrible job of installing and communicating on how to use the Intoxalock gadget. As a woman driver, who could be stranded due to lack of any instructions at all due to their lack of knowledge on the high end electric car and extreme unprofessionalism! My car didn’t work after I made one stop after picking it up from them two days later snd after a hefty bill. I paid approx $500 in Lyfts for the two days. When I was stranded around 830pm alone, I called Intoxalock first and they stated the error on the screen was from the installer error with wiring and not them. It stated “Transmission failure”. I had to get a ride home myself after the ride owner decided to play game on Intoxalock. DO NOT recommend OR go to them!!
