“I had a child a year ago and I was very nervous to come in and try on jeans for the first time in a year. I grabbed a variety of sizes and when I tried them on I realized none of them fit me. To my surprise, the fitting rooms now have a tablet that shows what you have and you can request different sizes. I requested other sizes and the worker brought them to me quickly, she was wonderful! If it weren’t for the tablet and worker I would’ve just given up, left, and I would have been upset. I had one of the best experiences at this store so far!”

“staff are REALLY nice, appearing and sounding very welcoming!! :Dreally has a variety of items.I dont really know what else to say about this store since its overall really nice, but i just have to say that the clothing is a bit pricey ?.. the ones on the racks or for the get one get one (sale deal here) are okay, if i wanted a shirt there I'd go to the racks to be honest... ??? but overall REALLY NICE PLACE, i dont see any messes anywhere, very tidy!!!!!!!”

“I am not one to write reviews but from the moment I walked into this Travis Mathew location I felt like I was family. The employees that greeted me as I walked into the Broadway Plaza location were Jack and Mike. I believe Mike is the showroom manager of the location as he was directing and talking to the other employee's to help customers and was recommending items to the people shopping. Jack and Mike helped me select some items as I told them I was going on a golfing trip. I never felt like the two of them were pushing items on me but more of helping me select the best for me and look good. I ended up spending close to $500 and took advantage of an amazing promo they have going on up until memorial day. Highly recommend. I def will be going back again thank you Jack and Mike.”

“I needed an outfit for a western wear party in a short period of time. I found a wash "n" wear blouse in red with embroidery and a rose embroidered belt that looked great. I had to return to the store to get the belt cut down. The owner took great care to do that for me. The outfit was fantastic with black jeans, black hat and boots.”

“This Old Navy at THIS LOCATION is one of my very favorite places to shop in this area. More than all the other Old Navy's in the East Bay. This is my first go-to for clothes. Well stocked, well defined areas for kids, women, men, accessories etc. Their brand and styles are great, but not too "out there" or boring. I would say clothes are fun and practical. Value is important - Old Navy clothes wear and wash well...but the time they wear out, the style is out of trend anyway. Clean, bright, safe and no crime worries. Not hectic like at Veranda. Always the best customer service here!”

“Shoutout to Malcolm for an incredible airbrush job! This place is tucked away in the shopping center but easy to find. Came in with my shirt on a Saturday afternoon and a general idea of what I wanted. The shirt is for a Halloween costume so I'll include a pic after Halloween. Gave him creative freedom and he rolled with it. The shirt came out ten times better than I imagined. Highly recommend coming to Malcolm for your airbrush needs!!”

“This is an old school tailor. He was very upfront and frank regarding my request, which I can respect. I walked in with 3 weeks to make a suit for a wedding. I am a LARGE guy but this gentleman pulled it off. He even made special suspenders for me, ensuring the suit looked perfect for me. He work really hard to make it work and he delivered on time. It was not cheap, but I appreciate him going above and beyond! Thanks to his long time assistant Susie as well. Great team!”

“I came across a beautiful peacoat while perusing their Walnut Creek store location while visiting family in Northern California for the holidays. I wasn't 100% sure I wanted that coat as it was the first one I tried on and I like to shop around.Fast forward to a month later and after trying on more than 20 coats from all sorts of designers, I was certain that I wanted the specific R&G jacket, but I couldn't find it in my size online or at any southern California location.I called the Walnut Creek store and one of their reps, Nikki, was so gracious and helpful. Between shipping and payment logistics, it wasn't the easiest transaction to coordinate, but Nikki totally took care of me.So big shout out to Nikki and kudos to Rodd and Gunn for doing an excellent job fostering great customer service.
