I had to return to the store to get the belt cut down. The owner took great care to do that for me. The outfit was fantastic with black jeans, black hat and boots.”

“This Old Navy at THIS LOCATION is one of my very favorite places to shop in this area. More than all the other Old Navy's in the East Bay. This is my first go-to for clothes. Well stocked, well defined areas for kids, women, men, accessories etc. Their brand and styles are great, but not too "out there" or boring. I would say clothes are fun and practical. Value is important - Old Navy clothes wear and wash well...but the time they wear out, the style is out of trend anyway. Clean, bright, safe and no crime worries. Not hectic like at Veranda. Always the best customer service here!”

“I visit this store almost on a weekly basis to pick up my niece, so thought I could give it a review. It's located on the upper floor, right behind the elevator so the location is very convenient. Collection and style: a few years ago, it was a great choice, but now the items look too similar and are too expensive, especially when there is Uniqlo in the same mall where you can find much higher quality clothes for a more affordable price. Services: The store itself is clean and well-kept, and the employees are nice. I notice a lot of students working part-time throughout the summer, so they may have missed or misunderstood your question. As long as they're willing to check and get back to us, I'm fine with that. I only go here if I can't find what I'm searching for elsewhere, and that's generally jeans. One thing to keep in mind: Don't use curbside pickup (or at least right now). Their system does not handle it very well. I used it once and had to walk to the store after waiting 30 minutes for a curbside, so I know how slow their system is. No one called to let me know that they missed the order when it appeared on the system.”

“I called BoxLunch to see if they could put an item on hold for me and I was able to pick it up the next day. I had a previous gift card that was reimbursed for a cancelled online order. This ended up locking the balance of my gift card due to their system. Hailey was so kind to call customer service for me to resolve the issue. Her efforts did not go unnoticed. 3 calls later and being on hold for 20+ minutes, we were finally able to unlock my funds and use my balance for my purchase.Afterwards, we decided to do more shopping. Mariah rang us up and was so patient throughout our transaction, despite the complexity of our situation. Overall, I was very satisfied with my shopping experience during this busy holiday season. “Nice manager with great customer service. I bought a bunch of stuff online in June, unfortunately these items didn't fit me because I lost a lot of weight post op. This was all unexpected and the time to return them had passed -- I couldn't make it in store because I've been recovering from a transplant surgery. I didn't ask for her name, but the store manager was super helpful and understanding. I wish I could've bought some items in store to add to her quota but the items I wanted were only available online.”

“I had a child a year ago and I was very nervous to come in and try on jeans for the first time in a year. I grabbed a variety of sizes and when I tried them on I realized none of them fit me. To my surprise, the fitting rooms now have a tablet that shows what you have and you can request different sizes. I requested other sizes and the worker brought them to me quickly, she was wonderful! If it weren’t for the tablet and worker I would’ve just given up, left, and I would have been upset. I had one of the best experiences at this store so far!”

“All Uniqlo stores are an excellent look inside and outside. This one in Sunvalley Shopping Center is no exception. The store is spotless. All merchandise is very well displayed. Shopping in Uniqlo is an enjoyment! The store layout is pretty much the same as before the pandemic. The clothing they carry is similar to a few years ago. They're mostly very simple and comfortable designs. One of the significant differences between pre-pandemic and post-pandemic is the prices. The price of most of the items is higher than before. Also, they have way fewer items on sale and almost have nothing on clearance anymore! No more bargain items now! I still like comfortable clothes from Uniqlo. But I don't have to motivation to shop in the store anymore without the bargain items! Lol!”

“Looks so clean, and a very nice place to do shopping. A lot of sale up to 60% off on clearance, upon entrance we were greeted by a nice staff in suit, unfortunately, person by the cashier is very slow asking email and stuff on the person in front of us. I'm not exaggerating but she was really slow. upon making this review another nice male staff offered to help us and added a person by the register. She's quite nice too.”
