Answers the phone with hello. What do i want? No professionalism here at all. Trying to get metro internet so I have to check if my adress is available. She refuses to look it up stating there's customers she's dealing with like I'm not a customer myself. Drove all the way down here just to be told no. Could've took 2 minutes on the phone.

I've been coming to this Metro store for over a year and they don't they're just not it's I wouldn't recommend I went to get my daughter a phone and they kept it for over three hours after I bought it because service was down I didn't get a discount I would not recommend going here they do not have a big selection of phones

Was literally shunned, the personnel working didn't even bother to get up and offer any assistance when trying to sell their products. Was trying to port over and I felt like I was the one making any effort to make it happen. Very unprofessional.

Mixed emotions cuz it cost me $3 to pay $20 on a bill they cost a total of $64. Had I the $64 to pay the entire bill, makes me I'll to ponder how much it would have actually cost me just to pay $64 which was the amount of my bill?
