I recently rented a small unit for a short period and was extremely satisfied with both the service and the amenities. Jason, the storage manager, was exceptional. He is truly a nice and caring individual who made the entire process effortless.
One feature I particularly appreciated was the ability to open the main gate through an app without having to leave my vehicle. This convenience, along with the spacious parking lot for RVs and box trucks, made accessing the unit hassle-free. The drive-up storage units are well-designed, allowing easy maneuverability even for a 26-foot box truck.
The overall setup process was seamless, and closing the account was just as simple. Thanks to Jason's attentive and accommodating nature, everything went smoothly from start to finish. I will certainly consider this location for any future storage needs and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and convenient storage solution.”

“My experience with North American (and its affiliate Valley Moving and Storage in Northern California) were outstanding. I was moving my Mom from California to Indiana on my own. The Valley Moving team packed all of her belongings carefully and the boxes were labeled specifically enough that I could tell what was in them when they arrived.
