Stephanie was soooo so incredibly rude, rushing customers to the point of staring them down and screaming across the store "next customer checkout here" on repeat when NOBODY WAS READY YET! Hunting customers down and following them around, rushing them to grab their items and not letting them shop in peace and so they can actually look at the products. Once in line with her, she started yelling to converse with other workers across the store while in the middle of check out. Love everyone else there, and this Walgreens is well stocked. If not for her, I'd say this location is as pleasant to shop at as it's been since opening when I came here daily for snacks as a kid. The older man that I usually have the joy of checking out with is one of the friendliest retail workers Ive ever met. He's been here for years and never has such a terrible, impatient, rude attitude as I experienced yesterday with Stephanie. ...Other notes: pharmacy is slow slow, but if call ahead first to confirm your things are ready and that you'll be there shortly the only significant wait will be in the line infront of you. Trash is abundant outside, but it piles up badly in a few hours regardless of how many times I've seen the workers try to find a solution. If it bothers you as a local, call the city. Walgreens workers are unfortunately not paid to handle the litter and don't have the resources to do it regardless. Sad and disgusting but it's more a bay point issue than a Walgreens one.

Pharmacy rarely answers phone. Continues to put me on hold. They told me to put my prescription on auto refill. I did and still late every single time unless I call. Walgreens needs to get their act together. There has not been 1 Walgreen pharmacy in this area that has service, efficiency or process down. Time to go somewhere else.

There were 2 workers behind the picture case, 1 was standing with his arms crossed. I just needed to pick up an online order for toilet paper, it took me 15 minutes & that was only because I flagged down another employee. Usually better service. Hope it was just an off day. I'm mostly able to get in, pick up and go.

If I could give zero stars I would this pharmacy has to be the absolute worst place if you need to talk to a pharmacist over the phone you can just forget about it because they never answer the phone I sat on hold for 30 minutes just for them to hang up my father just received a kidney transplant and I needed to refill one of his medications and something went wrong to were I had to talk to a pharmacist and like I said couldn't get anyone to answer the phone worst place hands down

I don't know how they are still in service tge drive thru has been closed for a month the pharmacy line is out the door its never stocked and when I call to ask a question to the pharmacy they never been asking u been calling them for the past 4 days

Literally went inside picked up my meds. They said call if i have any questions just wanted to know if my meds can be taken together and they have picked up the phone 3 times and put me back on hold. The last time a lady answered and said "No" and put the phone back on hold. I know for a fact there was only 1 person behind me and 3 people working pharmacy.

The staff are nice and I usually print from my photos and pick them up here. I live 2 blocks away and had to finally say something about all the trash outside of the building. Its depressing and shameful that it's gotten so bad. You are the only local business that doesn't clean up your parking lot trash. Im including a pic of just one area.

Walked to this Walgreens facility for FedEx, I was told the printer doesn't work and they are waiting on a email from FedEx to be able to scan the code!! Unbelievable!! Not only is this facility dirty, the parking lot has trash, glass and just overall disgusting! The useless employees don't know Jack shit, they don't have good customer service! Do us a favor and CLOSE!!

Literally the absolute worst pharmacy ever -- especially everytime I try to call in ahead -- to make sure my prescriptions are TRULY ready!!! I get automated notifications that my prescriptions are ready to be picked up, but when I go in, they always tell me they're not ready and will have to come back in an hour!!! Calls are being hung up when I try to call the main store!! And pharmacy department never answer calls!!! Absolutely never helpful!!! Worst pharmacy branch I've ever been to!!!

The employees are great at this location. Items seem to readily be in stock. The only issues are have are beyond the local control. #1 - the in store prices are WAY HIGHER than the online prices but they will not match their own online prices. I've asked 3 employees including 1 manager and they won't match their own Walgreens online pricing even though the policy online clearly states they do price match. The in-store pricing is often a full dollar or two PER ITEM higher than online. #2 - the outside parking lot is filthy. You literally open your door and climb through stacks of trash. They (or their property manager/owner) need to address this.

I would like to give a Big Shout out to Chris B pharmacy manager at Walgreens Bay Point. After getting the run around from my husband's insurance. I was frustrated,and unhappy. Chris noticed my frustration and with such kindness and genuine caring he explained the situation with my husband's insurance. The insurance representative stated that someone at Hartford Ins dropped the ball and failed to sign the approve my husband's post op meds! After several calls and four times of returning to pick up his meds, Chris noticed my frustration! It makes a difference when someone takes the initiative to help a frustrated costumer as I was!! Finally the problem was solved! Instead of working with several staff members as last time Chris took the initiative to take care of the problem!! Followed through to help solve my problem!! He also put my husband on automatic refills!! A game changer!! He was wonderful, kind, and most of all was patient and listen to my concerns! On behalf of my husband and I, Thank You so much for your Great costumer service Chris B!! Your such an asset to Walgreens pharmacy!! You make them Shine!! Chris is a representative of Walgreens pharmacy then the competition has met its Waterloo!!!!.......Thank You again,Marcy Romo

This is the worst please that you can pick up medicine I came on Thursday and they explained to me that my daughter’s prescriptionWas going to be ready on Friday 12 o’clock Friday came I’ll wait until 6 o’clock afternoon to go check up If my daughter’s medicine was ready.. The guy at the window tried to tell me that I have to wait for my daughters medication until Monday because it was not ready The medicine I was looking for it was Sudafen.. Now my daughter is going to be three days without medicine because of this place don’t get your medicine refilled at this location worst place you ever..
