Absolutely heartbroken after renting a space.
I purchased a unit for my mom in late September / Early October. The unit was empty the first month while we waited for the movers to being her things over. The unit was clean and dry for that whole month it was empty.
The movers brought all her wooden furniture and sealed boxes, stacked them in, and we left the unit alone through November / mid Dec while she moved here and got her new home.
We were excited to start unpacking things for the holidays in a new home, but as we unpacked from the front there were weird marks on the boxes and wooded furniture. At first we just thought it was damage from the movers.
As we got further in there was rodent poop on top of EVERYTHING. As we unpacked we were horrified to find little nests and piles of food bits stashed inside chairs, in cabinets, and in everything. There was no food brought into her unit, so we have no idea where they were getting it; but it mostly looked like pieces of cereal and dog treats. The weird marks we saw was from rodents nawing at wood and fabric.
In that short time they managed to pee and poop all over her upholstered furniture, chew into painting and furniture passed down through generations, get into cardboard boxes to chew and poop all over lace cloth, clothes, and more.
It is absolutely infuriating and heartbreaking to have so much of my mom's and our family's items contaminate with rodent feces and destruction.
In a short period from October to December our unit was somehow flooded with rodents that are destroying everything. We are frantically trying to clean out the unit and find space for everything while having to sort through what we need to toss.
I understand it is Christmas week, but I haven't been able to get ahold of anyone for days. We keep getting their answering service, and despite leaving multiple messages I'm either told they don't have a record of me already calling, OR that they can't look into that as they just pass the message.
DO NOT RENT from Rainbow Storage. Within a month you'll have to be taking almost everything to the dump.

Great storage facility. Clean and quiet. I have been there for 3 years and have had no problems at all.

But when I pay my bill last month it was a lady there that knew more about the place and gave me the right card and everything I needed the mean lady who yelled at me wasn't there which made the experience excellent experience

Best storage in the county. Most secure and easily accessible. Well maintained and staff are amazing. Hopefully they can continue to expand to meet overwhelming demands locally.

This place is a joke, my family and I were locked out because we TOOK TOO LONG to move our stuff out of our unit. We were told we only had one hour to move stuff in and out...where in the contract did it say that??? They couldn't show us. Will not rent a unit from here ever again!
