Not too good called they said they had a 15-footer drove straight over and had to get a 26-footer because they let the 15-footer go

This company deserves -0 rating as do all uhaul rentals overall. I reserved a truck thru baywood uhaul. The day of the move, uhaul messaged that the truck can be picked up in King City 1.5 hours away. Really? After waiting on hold and being transferred to multiple rude receptionists... the only answer I got was, "sorry." Yes Uhaul you are a sorry excuse for a service related business. Pensky is awesome with a lower quote for extra days! I will forever use Pensky trucks!

I have gone to Oasis for years and they have always helped me out. The tool selection is great and they have a good selection of uhaul vehicles. Even if you need something basic like a tall latter they will have it! Great employees, very knowledgeable.
