Day 1- First impressions are important as my father always said...Wendell and his "Magician" wife Carol Lee arrived on schedule. Their teamwork delivered an efficient, compassionate, positive and professional experience. Wendell shares this experience with suggestions ranging from simple improvements to staging for best selling potential while Carol Lee works one step ahead online building a que of available homes to buy. Looking forward to the adventure as it's only just begun!

This man obtained personal information about me from my landlord and CALLED MY DOCTOR without my consent or knowledge to claim the I was not paying my rent- which was COMPLETELY untrue and completely unacceptable. I received an email from my doctor dictating what he said in his message, that he left his name and DRE #. When I asked this person if he called my doctor- he LIED TO ME. This is insane. This was after he threatened to break into mine and my partner's home during a pandemic to show it as my landlord has it up for sale. Due to a medical condition we have been advised to not allow strangers into our home by my doctor. This man is intimidating and a bully- I would advise looking elsewhere for services.

My husband and I highly recommend Wendell Turner and his team and consider him/them to be the BEST real estate agents around! He cares about every aspect of your journey in buying and selling your home. He goes above and beyond the call of duty. He is always assessable and responses back within minutes if you need him. We had some challenges and he was there every step of the way! Thank you Wendell so much for all your hard work and being there for us! You're the BEST!

Wendell was the absolute best when it came to buying our house. He was very friendly and professional, and helped us overcome several obstacles with our home purchase. My wife and I had a specific budget, and Wendell only showed us what made sense for US; he didn't show us homes that were out of our range, and we still saw LOTS of homes, lol. He wrote a letter on our behalf, which is what got us in the front door of our home! I'm happy to report that he actually cares about his clients, not just a paycheck. We are happy to have lived here for almost a year now! Thank you Wendell!

My sister in law was looking to buy property in Beaumont, Ca. We were in the area and contacted the listing agent but got no answer, no help. Then I went on Yelp and found Wendell Turner. He was able to help us out within hours. He was quick and efficient. Very nice and friendly, and was very helpful. I would recommend Wendell to anyone who needs a good, quick to respond, honest realtor. Give him a call. We are sure glad we did.
