I had to call Bank Of America customer service, fraud department, and what I did. I got terrible results. First I tried to do a Zelle transaction. I haven't done it in a while. It was declined. The first thing the Soia told me was her computer was not working that's why it got declined next. She told me that because my account was flagged for scams that's what got declined this morning when I woke up I got an email from Bank Of America customer service fraud, saying that the recipient who I sent the Zell to deactivated the email address, which is not true. I verified the email address the recipients have the email address for quite a long time so my question is, why did this associate lie to me three times by stating her computer was down that's why the transaction wasn't declined. My account was flagged for fraud or scams. That's why I was declined and this morning the email stating that it was declined solely because the email address was deactivated by the recipient, which in fact it was not true, so would you Bank for with this company with this kind of results from these people that wanna lie to you, I'm also a preferred client since 1990 that's why I'll be going to another bank. These people were completely rude to me and that's what's been back since I've been dealing with him for the last four years now I don't recommend them to anybody I'm saying this respectfully and diplomatically as possible, without any profanity, as as a person who was involved with Customer Service most of his life, trying to help customers being personable, reputable, honest and sincere. The person that helped me had absolutely none of these qualities. I'm not saying I'm perfect but I'm saying I don't like to be treated like a second-class citizen when I've been here in United States dealing with Bank Of America since 1990. I don't recommend this company to anybody. Thank you. And lastly by Bank Of America refusing to accommodate my needs, I had to go into a financial center pull out cash for an ATM card make my transaction that way it was a legitimate transaction had nothing to do with fraud or scams. I told the manager a Bank of America there that they forced me to pull out cash and I'll never use Zelle again because every time I use Zell the transactions get declined it's a sad day for Bank Of America since I've been banking with them since 1990 I now looking to seek banking services with Wells Fargo US Bank, Chase, or other banks, I would recommend Bank Of America to anybody just being honest in a diplomatic manner sincerely

The only reason I give one star is because I need to do a review Waiting time more than 35 minutes only two cashiers and 15 people in line I always use the branch in Riverside it's such a big difference in customer service compare with this branch.

Once again this bank doesn't disappoint with rudeness. Senior citizen who can barely walk gets cutoff because lazy banker skips line to help young man make a deposit. Wait in line like everyone else. Manager here is useless. She walks around with arrogance and is absolutely rude. I hate to go inside, but every once in awhile I need to. I hope someone video taped what she did to this senior citizen and shamed Bank of America. Manager complete jerk

Horrible customer service I have a business account and I avoid coming here if possible the lady upfront is rude. You go in for simple questions and they just give you hard time it's ridiculous! I rather drive out to Palm desert to get help

After receiving a check for 5k dollars for a payment I was owed the bank the person paid me from was Bank of America so I went their to cash my check and they refused to cash it because the amount was too high. I would never bank somewhere that held my money hostage what a trash institution. They had multiple ways of confirming this check was good but refused to because the amount was too high. 5k dollars is a weekly payroll not a Ferrari ... just saying. I would never and will never bank somewhere that not release my money to somebody I was trying to pay how embarrassing. I know when you make $12 an hour 5k seems like a lot but come on...

Alisa Newland, says she is the manager but she is the assistant to the manager... and she acts as if she is nice but she is very fake and rude. I don't want to do business banking with them because of her.

The worst financial insurance in the country! Customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with! If you need to refi, or any other important transactions avoid B of A at all cost! Learn my lesson years ago and thought I'd give them another try, man as that the biggest financial mistake I've ever made! Learn by my mistakes and never never deal with them, unless you want a lot of headaches and are willing to get nothing resolved for months at a time! Where they get there employees is beyond me, very few of them no anything about their jobs and most of the time need help to help you! These banks are a joke and accident waiting to happen! With your money! Never ever again !

This bank is slow, under staffed and rude. B Of A is one of the worst banks anyhow, this branch is the absolute worst. Manager today talked to my father in law like he was a child. She talked down to him and belittled him for 5 minutes. No smiles, no thank you, just VERY RUDE to employees and customers alike. Several other customers walked away shaking their heads in disbelief. How dare any manager or business act like this. Ridiculous, Rude and a easte of time. We waited in line for a teller for 23 minutes, only 2 slow tellers. Don't go here, beware!

While conducting our business with your employee, Jasmine Cruz, my wife and I were very impressed with her very professional and informative service! She vey courteously informed us of some banking issues we were not aware of and we're not brought to our attention before! Ms. Cruz is a definite asset to your bank!
