“I really like the staff here. They know me and are always friendly and kind. It's way beyond my experience with every national bank. There are some big issues in my mind: 1) EDITED AND UPDATED: they advertise mobile banking which was having problems and crazy thing. I complained and MIRACULOUSLY it's fixed! Timing is everything. Thanks Bank of Hemet. 2)the phone service at night or weekends sucks. I don't know what or where I'm calling. All they have said is "in so sorry" and can't really do anything. 3) last year I signed up for a text if they thought there was fraud on my account. Twice in the prior months I've been unable to use my card. Turns out they cut it off because I was traveling. There I am in New Orleans. Friday night no way to pay for dinner. First I'm embarrassed and incredulous as I can see I have plenty of money. Then I have to find their number call, talk to someone far away in Malaysia? Who knows. They say in the future I should receive a text to clarify if I'm making a purchase out of my usual travel pattern. 4) sometimes my account and I still have checks. At b of a they would send a text if my balance went under a specific amount. Alas. No such service. Makes me wish I was back at B OF A. Crazy. I didn't think I'd ever say that!”

“Ok , I recently rated Citibank with a one star due to my account being frozen and me not having access to my account creating a financial burden on me and my family. It was a lot that went into this and it was extremely frustrating. I about a month into it I called Citibank to see when they were going to send me My funds that were being held. They wouldn’t say much except for my account would be closed and they would send it in the mail in around 60 days. This was over a check that I did with mobile deposit. The check was a stale check due to it being expired over a week. I went through a long and lengthy process to prove that where the check came from was indeed for me and they would allow the check to go through .Citibank still cashed the check and then held the funds as well, proving that the check was good . Yesterday I decided to call again and they told me that they would not give me any information but to go back to the bank itself to see what information they could provide and maybe expedite the process of getting my frozen funds and closing my account. I was not expecting anything more than what I’ve already been experiencing, which is the runaround however, this time I dealt with Tracy, who works at the bank itself in Beaumont, and she was extremely compassionate and empathetic towards my situation , being that I am currently disabled as well. I explained to her the financial burden this has created for me, and now I am late on my mortgage for the first time, and I had to ask friends and family for funds just to pay my bills and some had even been shut off due to this. She immediately got on the phone and was able to do over 25 people were not able to do which was unfreeze my account and immediately give me access back to my funds. I was immediately relieved from a lot of financial burdens that this has caused. I am so thankful for Tracy and another gentleman that was in there that I erased my last review and posted this one. I am still very nervous on the policies that Citibank has as a whole, but however, I do not want my review to reflect the bank that is in Beaumont itself.
Thank you again, Tracy for all of your support and help yesterday ! Truly appreciated.”

“My husband and I went into B of A to open a joint account and Latosha Z was just amazing. Extremely helpful, patient and kind. Best service I have recieved from a bank thus far. We didn’t feel rushed or obligated to open other accounts. Thank you again Latosha!!”

“This is a drive-up ATM. The only problem with it is the screen is hard to read when the sun is hitting it mid-day. Even after they put a half cover on top, it's still difficult to read. But it's better than having to drive to the 2nd street bank.”

“Business banking for several years at this branch and the business managers have been great. Every bank has hiccups in service occasionally and some services take more time to complete, but overall the service at this branch is good. Best to make an appointment for services other than general banking to avoid longer wait times.”

“I stopped by this branch today to see if I could pick up a couple of blank check registers. While I seldom write checks anymore, I still like to track my funds by logging my purchases.
There was only one teller window open and there were a couple people in line waiting. A banker named Clifton came over from his desk to thank us for our patience, and then asked each of us what we were there for so he could see if he could help. When I told him of my request, he invited me to step out of line and give him just a moment. He went into the teller area and got three registers for me and brought them out. While I'm sure I would have only had to wait a few minutes in line, Clifton made sure to take care of the waiting customers as best he could.
I am visiting from Montana and was warned to expect a rude reception because Californians aren't known for their hospitality. Nothing could be further from the truth. I have found both warm and friendly, and helpful people where ever I go. I want to thank Clifton for his kind assistance.”
