Amazing! Cannot recommend highly enough. Had 2 dead RV batteries and called up asking for help. Taylor had replacements in stock and at a great price. Went to pick them up a few days later and could not have been more pleased with the service. Never going anywhere else for my RV batteries!

Service is great; although the shop was not open in the morning during the time they were supposed to be open. I called them and they explained there was a family issue that came up, they apologized and they made arrangements to meet me in the afternoon. About what you would expect from a family owned business, I totally understand.However, their prices are high. I paid 50% more for the exact same battery and warranty I would have received at Costco. Having to pay 50% more, I would have hoped they would at least give a longer warranty period or at lease have a prorated period after the 1yr warranty.Overall I say price gets 3 starts and service gets 4.5 stars

We highly recommend using the Battery Barn! If they don't have what you need, they will find it. We contacted Rich at the last minute when we found out our batteries were dead in our RV. So before we could take our trip. Rich moved into high gear and found them for us and installed them at a very reasonable price, saving our trip! Please shop local, and if you need batteries for anything, try Battery Barn!

Don't go anywhere else in the banning Beaumont area! Taylor helped us out with phenomenal service, explaining the difference between both batteries and being super happy and helpful to us!
