This big lots is a big store. There is a lot more here than any of the big lots I have ever been in. You gotta check this one out. There's a lot to be gotten at this store and the furniture department is huge. So is the patio furniture department.

I did not like my experience here.. Customer service with the cashier needs to improve. She was using bad language and had a terrible attitude. She greets customers than calls them names behind their backs. She even told another customer that if they have an issue they can go to walmart. Not acceptable.. i tried to get her name but she wouldn't tell me.. Its the lady with black hair and glasses. To have someone on staff who is RUDE the way that she is , is not acceptable. And I'm not the first person, she was rude too. I've had family and friends who have bad experiences with her. Avoid her at all costs . Or avoid the store all in all unless you want someone to call you names ( like a bully ) and not help you like they should.

Bought a couch worst experience ? broken stained and even worse bed bugs . Don't buy any furniture from here .

Big Lots in Beaumont California is a wonderful location. Freeway close, ample parking and well stocked.The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The store was extremely clean and well laid out.

Big Lots has the worst customer service that I have seen in quite some time so it’s no wonder they have to close locations!10/25 I placed an online order for a fireplace, paid the $99 next day delivery fee and the package arrived damaged on 10/27. I opened the box on 10/30 to assemble the unit. I went thru each part and began to assemble. 3/4ths of the way thru I discovered that there was actual damage to part of the unit (I didn’t figure this out initially because I thought it was an extra part for shipping, my bad). I called the store (Beaumont, CA) it was shipped from and they stated it was shipped from the HUB and I would have to call them. Meanwhile, I called the manufacturer of the fireplace and they gladly stated they would send out a replacement (It arrived in the wrong color). I called the HUB and they stated it was shipped from the Beaumont store, not the HUB and I would have to call the store. HUB sent an email requesting more information, which I provided. 11/3 I called the Beaumont store and spoke to Bob, who said he is the Assistant Manager and he assured me that the store manager, Emily, would call me back next day (as of 11/9 she still has not called). However, 11/9 I received an email from customer service stating the male store manager would be calling me. Which is it? Male or female? They cannot even provide accurate information on who will be calling me. Oh wait, no one is going to actually call me. 11/8 I called customer service again and asked for a supervisor to escalate the situation. She stated the District manager would call me in 24-48 hours I replied that is not acceptable it needs to be next day before 1pm because I have to work. As of 1pm today there has been no communication from any employee from Big Lots. It’s now been 2 weeks that I have been dealing with this with no resolution and Big Lots doing zero to help. I would have gotten better results had I drove down the road and threw the $99 out the window. If they neglect and treat their customers this poorly, I feel very badly for their employees.Note: it won't let me put zero stars

Went here for an interview after seeing constant alerts online that they were hiring. I scheduled an interview by texting the number provided online and was given a list of times available. After scheduling the interview, I drove all the way down there for an interview at 12:45 pm. I was told to come in and wait. As I walked in the store I could hear the intercom overhead announcing that they were hiring. Then, when I approached an associate she told me they were not hiring and there were “issues” with the online system. However, after waiting 15 minutes, a manager approached me and asked me if she could help me? Like she didn’t know I’d been waiting 15 minutes for an interview? LOL. Then she had me write down my name and phone number after telling me that the position had already been filled but that people come and go all the time. Can’t say I blame them. None of the associates seemed very friendly. I don’t appreciate wasting my time after setting aside time to schedule an interview. Big Lots needs to remove all this hiring information so people can look for jobs elsewhere!

I went in yesterday and Chris helped me find exactly what I needed. He was very friendly also. The cashier was also very nice. I didn't catch her name unfortunately!

Only reason for 2 stars, is because the Store is nice and clean and the sale's associates are very friendly.I would give zero stars for our purchase.We bought a reclining love seat that had charging ports in the sofa.We noticed the first day of purchase, our phones were not charging.Returned to the store a few days later, discussed it issue with the furniture manager, he advised that maybe it was because it was not a fast charger, but a lesser grade. He did offer to have us exchange the unit, but it is not possible with our age and health issues.One would think in this day and age, they would be up to date on technology

The Beaumont store seemed well stocked and most prices averageThe employees were friendly and helpful . I will continue shopping there . It is less crowded than Walmart and parking easier. It would be nice if store would provide electric shopping for seniors and disabled.
