Chase have been trying to get me to put my money in CD for 6 months or a year and I said no because if I have emergency. I want to b able to use it. And I notice after that my card has been skamers charging money never before happened ? in 3 months my card was canceled 5 times recently and if I need my card sooner thy charging money. Chase is selfish about business. I will close my account soon because this is very stressful chase doesn't have good customer service I went to get 2,000..00Dollars and she didn't count the money only the machine and she put it on a empty emelop. That was not properly done. I have soo many problems with chase thy are not following the rules of costumes service. I m very disappointed ? I think US BANK IS GOOD .OR LBS FINANCIAL CU becouse I never have problems I been with lbs for 35 years and I never had any problems

Happend last March 4 2023. 9:15 am. They are Unrelialble.they didnt help me.i told the lady that my account was restricted (could not withdraw bor deposit)and i need to talk to a banker. She shut down me right away. She told me that i need to have an appointment to talk to a banker. She didnt even try to at least figure out my problem or give a little time for me. But she didnt. They will do buisness with you BUT will not give you HELP.

BEWARE the misconducts during deposit at the Beaumont Chase branch !!! (1693 2nd St. Beaumont, CA 92223) You MUST request the teller to count money IN FRONT OF you, or you’ll LOSE your money!!!1. Some teller would leave your sight to count your money and reported $100 shortage from your deposit;2. The main person in charge, the branch manager, Jennifer Wilson, will harbor the teller, totally attribute the loss to the customer, and REFUSE to provide ANY help to clarify the real situation during the time the teller was out of the sight. You will have to call 800- service number to file a complaint.3. The so called “claim-escalation” department will kick you back to Jennifer Wilson and claim that only with a court subpoena they can start to investigate the surveillance camera.Chase service will totally avoid the following questions:1. Is it CORRECT the teller was NOT IN FRONT of the customer, but out of the sight to count money ??!!2. Is it CORRECT the branch manager didn’t investigate what happened behind the counter for customer’s loss, but harbored the teller, and even shirked her responsibilities ??!!3. Is it CORRECT Chase would allow the teller to count money out of the sight and count the loss to the customer ??!!CHASE! If you have the last drop of professional ethics and social conscience, KEEP this review, apologize and compensate the loss of your customer!!!

I visit this location when visiting family. Staff can use improvement in reading their policies and quoting it correctly. The service is mediocre and the tellers are nonchalant. I am aware that Chase's new trend is to help customer by appointment only, and focus on making more calls instead of helping walk ins ( new priority) which is a bit silly to me, because a person took the time to come and be serviced. In my opinion this branch is convenient but not as helpful as they could possibly be. I will stick to the locations I frequently use.

Not happy with this Chase bank in Beaumont on 2nd str. No customer service available. I called several times no live person available either. I was sent in by corporate to solve simple issue. The girl flat out refused to help me. So I would drive a bit farther to other bank. I think I'll try O.C. for better service. Oh yeah the screen is off on drive through and they never fixed it either. This Chase can do better!

Wanted to set a savings account. I was told I had to wait TWO WEEKS to set an appointment with a banker, as they only have two bankers at this branch. Two weeks to set up a saving account is just unacceptable. I left disappointed. They get two stars because staff is friendly and the branch is clean.

I deposited a government issued check and they put a 10 day hold on it!!!! Opened an account four months ago and in the first three months my account was froze four times , four times they said suspected fraud , humiliated at the register trying to get gas with my own money! Only use my chase card at the A.T.M. cause I don't trust it!!! My other bank card has never let me down !! I will be closing my account as soon as I get my money they're holding!!

Chase lies ! They say your money secure theyll notified you of any. Withdrawals..march 2021 i had $28.000 in the bank as of right now i i ha $2.700 .because someone was withdrawning from my account.i did not know i easnt alert of any if rhis..chase just let them take out. Up to 10 times aday..i i thoughf my money was safe..im on my 3 th debit card ..each they were still. Taking out of my account and still no one said anything ..now tge dont want to give me back whats mine...chase just took out $1.000 and when i call the fraud department he didnt even know why...so watch your money ...
