Everyone here is so nice & friendly, we only encountered one employee who wasn't very nice at all. This is our favorite place to camp! Kareoke night was a Blast, The couple who manage this place do a wonderful job! They treat you like your part of their family. Great Food too! Rosa & Cesar in the kitchen make the best food! Highly recommended!!!

The customer service is poor. My kids were in the hot tub with me and a gentleman asked if it was ok to fill it while they were inside. The kids started playing with the water and he got very angry. All he had to do is politely ask them not to touch the water but instead made the situation uncomfortable. The other incident was with the maintenance guy and my guests. My guests were lost finding our site. The maintenance man was driving slow and stopping randomly. They went around him his golf cart and got yelled at for going over 5mph. I feel like this situation could of been handled better. The maintenance guy could of asked if they needed help? If your trying to sell me to buy a 10k membership for your resort and others affiliated then I expect amazing customer service. I also expect more amenities like wifi and things to do for the kids. This place feels dated. Even the youth center makes me uncomfortable. It's outdated and on the outside looks un inviting. This brings up my other point, what do the maintenance fees pay for? Basically, the place gave me all the wrong vibes and I can not recommend it. If it was similar to other rv resorts like Flying Fags in Solvang or Camp Land on The Bay. My family would of definitely bought a membership. FYI, those do not require a membership.

My husband and I went out two weeks ago and got our trip cut short because of Hurricane Hillary coming in. During our short visit the staff was all amazing. The bathrooms were clean and we signed up for the membership to take advantage of the new adventures ahead with our new camper. We visited again this weekend and had a spot by the lake. Even though we were right by the bridge and walkway it was a very peaceful spot. The cookout was great Saturday night and then there was live music. Looking forward to visiting again plus the other campgrounds in the group. The freeway is a little much at times but really the only complaint I would say we have.

We love this place, if we could make it our home we would♥️ The people here from the sales office to security are the friendliest and kindest people I have seen in years. The other guest are also just like what it used to be years ago. Everyone says hello and talk to each other with genuine heart felt community. We can’t blame the whole park for 2 bad apples.Safety: 24 hour security

Love coming to Cherry Valley RV park! Everyone is so friendly, it’s clean, relaxing and a great place to get away. Pool & Jacuzzi is always maintained, nice little walking trails, so fun playing horseshoes, love the new dog area they put in. The staff seem to really care, they make you feel right at home!! Thanks everyone❤️ we had a great time and will be back soon

this is the worst Rv campgrounds the staff aren't friendly seem to pick who they enforce the rules with. The guy who patrols doesn't seem to friendly no smiles as you pass him. Most Rv places most of staff are friendly will not come back here if I had done my free weekend here I would have passed on getting a membership. The bathroom are old and dated the ponds are full of nasty water. They say two weeks in two weeks however I can almost say for sure there are full timers here. I am very disappointed

We came here based on their website deal of "5 free days/nights" and it was close to Moreno Valley where I came to do some work. The overall grounds are really clean and the staff is friendly. There is a member area that has dinners some nights and breakfast on the weekend. Cash is accepted for these. We missed the Wednesday Taco night but are signed up for the Steak Dinner on Saturday. We've been enjoying the playground (gated), Pool (and jacuzzi) and the Youth Center where the kids can play with toys, draw and and create other art.Things we haven't checked out yet, horse shoe toss, tether ball and the catch and release pond fishing. Next time!We ended up getting a membership, it wasn't outrageous but wasn't cheap. The memberships are long lasting and have other places that we can now camp at for free. One of them is Pollock Pines which is close to us in Lake Tahoe. Next camping trip!If they have the deal, check out the website, book the stay it's free, listen to the pitch and do what's best for you.

Ruben and Tamara are unprepared "managers" who don't value customers. Not only are they unprofessional but Tamara made me feel uncomfortable from her advances towards me. Her husband, Ruben, was very disrespectful to my wife and attempted to violate her space. I'm seeking legal action! Do not come here while they're in charge!

One of our least favorite stays and parks yet and we got the 5 day free promotional but they tell you when you sign up that if you attend the meeting that you get a bunch of incentives but incentives you attend they tell you after that you have to buy to get them and the offer to buy in is outrageousThe park was very badly set up also right on the highway instead of having the storage there and the park just off the highway so it was annoyingly loud the entire time and the spaces are ridiculously close together and double parked and there is no privacy at all and they end up cleaning all the facilities at the main time when people want to use them and it throws everyone's day offWe couldn't wait for the promotional to be over and get back to peaceful rving

Great place for the family. Place does require a membership. If you want to sit through the presentation of what the place offers, you can. I recommend you guys coming here if you want a great place to stay with the family with full RV hookups, a pool, laundry facilities. When you have a membership, you can visit other parksRooms: They have cabins available for the stay. Bring your own linens, and you can pay for clean up but they want you to clean up after yourself.Nearby activities: They have catch and release fishing in there own pond,Walkability: There is a great track area to walk around near the park entrance.

Great management and awesome kitchen staff! Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. Our RV site was a little tight (we have a 38 foot rig with slides on both sides). With our slides out, there was not enough room to walk around the RV on the outside. Sites are only 30 amp. Fortunately, our neighbors were quiet and courteous. The park had a really nice barbeque and live music for Memorial Day weekend.

Ruben and Tamara are a pair of immature individuals who bully senior citizen members of over 2 decades bc they are unprepared of receiving constructive criticism. Their ego was more important than caring about the members concerns. Their one year tenure as new managers is more valuable to them than our 20 plus years as a member with no issues. There is no loyalty as a member and they think they are above the members by stating they're there to clean house. Whatever that means but to us it was meant as a racist personal remark because there was a language barrier. Think twice before investing here in a membership where management treats you like shit!

Terrible scam of a deal going on here. Please don't get lied to about the $10,000 in interest that that try to sneak in on the final paperwork when they said 0 interest-in writing- when they're trying to push you through your 'mandatory introduction meeting'

The clubhouse and pool area are nice but small. The rv sites are pretty nice. There are shade trees. The park is right next to the highway and it's very noisy! The meals they serve from the clubhouse kitchen are good! They even hosted a car show on the premises, which was cool!
