“Absolutely love my home and community. The community is very quite, peaceful, and secure. Beautiful tree lined streets and landscaping. 3 buildings with high quality amenities. Everything is well maintained and clean. Most neighbors are very friendly, and helpful. The community has basically everything you need, along with numerous activities. City services have been exceptional. We do have an HOA that we have to get authorization for anything we do outside our home, including landscaping. Some things I think should not be required, but they are things that can be advocated for when I get time.”
