Valvoline was recommended to me and I was 100% happy with the service I received this morning. Mario was an absolute delight to deal with. Great guy it’s very comfortable for a woman having to deal with auto issues on her own. I highly recommend Highland automotive.

Just got my oil changed with Mario and the whole experience was very easy. Drove up early when they opened up, got my oil changed within 15-20 minutes and I was out. Great service, I’ll be coming back for sure!

Mario is the man!! Great customer service. Even filled my tires with air and hooked up my washer fluid without asking. Great conversation while we were waiting. Only downside is he’s a Raiders fan, but I let that slide because he’s such a great guy! Highly recommended! Great service! Fly Eagles Fly!!

I recently had my oil changed at Highland Springs Automotive & Quick Lube, and the experience was exceptional. Nacho, Mario, and Timmy were all incredibly professional, efficient, and friendly. Nacho ensured everything was done perfectly, taking the time to explain the process and answer any questions I had. Mario's attention to detail was evident, and he made sure my truck was in top condition before I left. Timmy's positive attitude and willingness to help made the whole experience enjoyable.
