Getting through to anybody on the phone seems impossible. One person has answered and I was ok being on hold but seems he accidentally hung the phone up. I called back and it continued to ring. Two times now someone will pick up and hang up.

THE ABSOLUTE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! OR SHOULD I SAY LACK THERE OF. I literally called for customer service 7 times and absolutely no answer and was hung up on twice. I never did get through to anyone so I will have to go to the store. I don't understand how no one could answer the phone in ANY of the departments especially customer service....make it make sese Home Depot . If I could give no stars I would because its so frustrating that no one answered the phone.

First time ever where we had an awesome experience with the paint department at Home Depot (Beaumont). Jonathan was so helpful and gave us everything we needed for our paint project without us asking.

It starts to leak real bad tried to exchange and they no longer have that exact hose so I am SOL no store credit, no even exchange! The staff is pleasant and nice but since they are not going to back there product Home Depot will no longer be my first stop. Hello Beaumont Home Center meet your new customer!

This home depot has all the supplies that you may need. BUT the biggest negative experience that will make me never shop there again is their loss prevention and other employees that act like they are tough cops and everyone else is criminals. While shopping there my wife and I were followed and watched by an older bald headed guy. It got to the point were she felt uncomfortable like we were being stocked. I'm a later visit when I had a valid receipt and already did an exchange I was stopped by this bald headed guy and another younger punk looking loss prevention and they took my money saying my return was not legit. And they talked very unprofessional to me using profanity. I felt intimidated and actually let them keep my 240 dollars. WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. I would never recommend this place unless you want to feel you are being stocked and feel like you are a criminal.

I will never in my life shop at Home Depot again I have been stopped at the door numerous times while other walk by. I definitely felt profiled. On one occasion my daughter and I were stopped with a garage door motor. The motor was locked up so there's no way it could've been stolen unless I cut the chain in front of an associate. I was held at the door until they contacted the associate that sold me the fan or that they thought sold me the fan this wasn't the right staff member. So the wouldn't let me go until they found the right staff member, when they found the lady who sold it to me she was mad they held me up and they let me go. On other occasions I've been stopped inside and asked if I paid for items I had !!!! I feel I was profiled on numerous occasions being that I have tattoos and am Mexican.

Terry in appliances is my go to gal now! My dad and I were there picking out a washer and dryer for my new house and she was an absolute peach! She went above and beyond in my opinion. She was very transparent told me how every step of the delivery and installation will go, and she was so sweet! She answered every single one of my questions with patience and kindness. She was not too pushy or salesy but made sure to give me all the information I needed! My dad has been shopping at various Home Depot locations for many years, and he agrees, Terry is hands down without a doubt the BEST Home Depot employee he has ever encountered! We WILL be coming back and we WILL be asking for Terry every single time! Home Depot better treat her right! #GiveTerryARaise #WeLoveTerry

I went there to pick up two toilets I have a vanity that was pre-ordered. I spoke with a young lady named Jackie who was the cashier at the self check out. It was approximately 945 or 10 o'clock in the morning. She helped me locate my order and had a gentleman meet me to pick up the stuff. She also helped me check out and bring all my material out to my truck. She is definitely a asset to your company and wonderful with customer service. She's a keeper....

I would not recommend utilizing the Home Depot cabinet center or their "Home Depot" installation contractors. Their entire process is cumbersome at best and frustratingly aggravating. Communication is non-existent with no urgency or desire to give the customer the service paid for. Two specific "managers" have zero people skills and were more interested in telling us what can't be done, then finding a solution to Home Depot's and their contractor's mistakes. All the while, the customer is left waiting with no satisfaction. $19,000.00 for cabinets and installation, paid for expedited delivery and due to Home Depot's process & policies the cabinets ordered in February, with an expedited delivery date of 6 to 8 weeks, damage in delivery and delay, poor installation, more delay, being blamed for the installation and still no completion date in sight. I have been a General Contractor since 1991 and in the building trades since 1977, this is the worst, non-responsive, dismissive treatment I have ever received. This Home Depot has lost this local contractor, that knows many other local contractors in this area. I only gave 1 star because I couldn't go lower.

we ordered a toolbox yesterday (Friday) while in the store. we were told they had to get off the shelf and they would call us to go back and pick it up. today (Saturday) morning my husband called to follow up to see if he could go get it. No one kne the answer so they said that someone from the order desk would call him back. we received a call back and we were told they could not get it off the shelf until maybe tonight and they would let us know. That is unacceptable terrible customer service and no way to run a business.

There was a shoplifter outside the Home Depot, we caught him leaving the grounds of Kohl's and Home Depot, we called them and told them there was someone that had stolen something on the loose, they said they called the police, but after an hour of following the guy, we called the PD department, who had said they'd never received a call from Home Depot, so this was all just a wild goose chase, and Home Depot had wasted our time in trying to catch this criminal. Home Depot, good luck finding that item he stole! It's probably somewhere behind Kohl's on 2nd street, in the bushes.

1 star only because I cannot give ZERO. DO NOT ORDER FLOORING FROM THIS LOCATION. My husband and I placed our order over a month ago. The store associate (Kimberly) was *only* helpful the night we went into the store to place our order of over $22k worth of flooring for our new home. We had changes to our escrow date and called on a Friday requesting change to delivery date of flooring materials to the following Tuesday. This was fine and confirmed by the installers, as the flooring did not need time to acclimate to the environment before install. We were told by an alleged manager Friday night that he would make sure to call us on Monday to confirm (which never happened) and also make sure our delivery came as early as possible Tuesday, as he was aware the job was starting that day. Installers show up Tuesday, no product. They want me to confirm it's at least on the way before they start demo. So I begin calling at 9am and I spent over an hour on hold - bounced around on hold numerous times, actually - only to be told "it'll be there between 6am and 8pm." (By the way, I'm also told that nobody would have told me any of the above information about being told it would arrive early Tuesday, essentially calling me a liar). Over the course of the day I call back multiple times to get an ETA, info being requested by installer on job site, and I am told the same thing repeatedly-- "it'll be there between 6am and 8pm." During the day I speak to various associates, including two managers (Manny and Russ). At one point we are called to say that the installers need to "level" our flooring and that it would be an additional $1,100 to do approx 1100 sq ft. and that the project could not continue until it was paid. So we did. Around 6:30pm my husband and I call the store again, considering we are in Beaumont and the new property is an hour away. This time we are told by an associate, "Oh we were just about to call, we just learned 30 minutes ago that the delivery truck actually *never picked up your order.*" And, they would not be available to do so for a week. Now, the installers were demo'ing all day so we had no flooring throughout our new home. That was not going to happen. Fortunately, Russ [finally] corrected the issue and got an associate to drive it out the next morning, which only delayed the project by one day. While Russ was initially curt, we are grateful he remedied the error and followed through on their promise to deliver. Another issue we had with this *same* project is that when Home Depot had initially sent someone out to measure, they gave us a heads up that our stairs would be a "custom job." In fact, we paid separately for this job because of this (it was included in our initial quote but the Home Depot wasn't sure we could do it, and they wanted to get confirmation from their installer). We were informed it was due to the way they were installed and how difficult it would be to tear up. So we waited for the weekend to end to get confirmation that yes, this project could be done, and we paid separate from our large flooring order. Come install/demo day (as referenced above), the installers tell us that they in fact CAN NOT demo the stairs and we would need to hire an outside contractor (more $$) to demo and replace the underneath plywood, in order for them to come back and complete the job; because "it's custom." (We know, and we were told it was doable). So now, we've ordered (and received) stair flooring, paid for demo & install, only to be told that this project cannot be done as planned and we have to invest even more money on an already pricy job. (Which, is now delaying the project to be completed by a full week; a week in which we will be living there with ripped out stairs). Now, as I type this, another issue with their contractor is happening. Their carpet installer (literally called, Carpet Pros), is rescheduling our carpet install date for a week due to their staff being out. So now we don't hav
