They need to bring back the live cashier's. I hate the long waits in line trying to maneuver in and around customers with all kinds of material hanging out of their shopping carts. If you get hurt people, file a lawsuit. It's obvious that the store owners don't value the safety of their customers.

Not a single employee knows what they're doing. Asked like 5 employees for help and each said they'd call their "expert" but each person just looked more dumbfounded by the question. What is Home Depot paying these people for?

My wife and I walked in to pick up some mulch, fertilizer and a few other miscellaneous items. Cory greeted us in the garden section. Oh my goodness, I have never had such a pleasant and warm welcome. He went out of his way to help us out. You have a great employee!! His attitude and helpfulness helps erase all of the negative stereotypes associated to big box stores. Thank you Cory. You’re awesome!?
