They need to get rid of that rude lady who is a at the cash register in the garden center older lady dark skin curly hair.I’ve witnessed her yelling at customers telling them they’re horrible parents and she searched my wife’s bag because “people be stealing” we complained to the manager but they don’t care about the customers we will be filing a lawsuit.

Customer Service is HORRIBLE!!I feel like they could do better with their customer service. I’ve had an employee yell at us, accused my toddler of stealing and same employee constantly harassing us and other employees and instead of putting her in the back where she wouldn’t have to work with people they leave her in the same spot, harassing and insulting customers constantly.I’ve gone in and out the long way just to avoid her but nobody should have to feel that way going into a store. The quality of employee training and importance of customers has definitely gone ground low with Home Depot.

Honestly this store has everything you need for your home, except employees available to help. Besides that the store is actually pretty clean for being a Home Hardware store. But good luck finding someone to help you LOL seems like they don't have very much coverage these days. I would definitely give a five-star if I was able to get some decent customer service every time I walked in there.

I FOUND MY FAVORITE FLOWERS OF ALL TIME!! Here the other day. They are named Stock Flowers, only a few dollars! They smell DEVINE!!! These are fully fragrant, with cinnamon and (almost) Hydrangea-ish scents. Home Depot has evvvvverything and a fantastic Garden Center too! I've never met a Home Depot Employee I didn't like : )

Beware when going to Home Depot looking for specialty items and services. Home Depot likes to portray themselves as a one stop shop for all types of jobs. Just be aware when asking Home Depot if they install certain products and they say yes. It's not Home Depot doing or standing by the work to be done. I was duped by Home Depot when I went in looking for cabinets. I was given a Home Depot card with a number to call for an estimate on garage cabinets. A lady came out to my home with a Home Depot apron, gave me her Home Depot business card, and gave me an estimate. I excepted and she gave me a contract to sign all on Home Depot Stationary. I was surprised to have to pay for everything up front. But I liked the cabinets, and I was told it would be a six-to-eight-week time of completion. I was not happy with a 2 month wait. I was told a second person would stop by in a couple days to verify all measurements. A second person stopped in a car with Home Depot markings. The lady came with her Home Depot attire and gave me a Home Depot business card and verified the total job. Three months passed and no cabinets. I was getting no answers from the phone numbers on the cards so I went to Home Depot to find answers or cancel the order. I was told Home Depot has nothing to do with the project it was subcontracted, and I must deal with the third party directly. I asked to cancel and I was told I can't because I signed a contract that states no cancellation for delayed parts or shipments. After ninety days I was called that my cabinets were in, and it would be another three weeks to install. I had no recourse but to wait. Delivery day came and the installers only had partial cabinets to install it would be another 2 months to obtain the rest. The guys felt bad and called their manager who rolled in with another car with Home Depot logos. He had his Home Depot jacket and gave me a Home Depot Business card and I let him have it. He agreed to refund me the cost of the missing cabinets and I would get a credit within 7 to 10 days. It has been over 3 weeks and no refund yet. In my opinion Home Depot is offering products and services that are misrepresenting and deceptive in nature. I may be naive and too trustworthy of popular businesses. I didn't ask if the job was going to a subcontractor and Home Depot didn't mention it. If you ever go to a Home Depot for any major project or product, remember this review. Home Depot may not stand behind you once you sign any contract from an outside vendor or contractor even if Home Depot logos are everywhere you look.

Went to this home depot that is farther from my house in Moreno Valley because they had the item that I needed. I ordered the bathtub online and picked up at the customer service counter. The pick up experience was quick and easy. I had no cart and the cashier asked the customer rep in plumbing Lucas to assist me in bringing the item to the front of the store. Lucas was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that I inspected the item to make sure that there was no damage. After inspecting the item He then assisted me in loading the item to my truck and He never complained once and had a smile from beginning to end. Its nice to see that customer service still exist and that team members like Lucas make sure it doesn't fall by the wayside.
