Lady at the front desk is truly determined to let you leave knowing you're gonna get what you request. We often come in for my husband's boots as mentioned, but whats really cool is he requested for specific vibram soles and stitching that they were able to understand and get done in a timely manner as well.”

“Decent laundry. I love that it's small, so there aren't a lot of people who can fit (and therefore get in the way). It's pretty expensive ($5/for the 4-load wash), and there isn't a bathroom. But it'll do if you hate crowds.
