I've been a Metro PCS since before T- Mobile. The good part of approx 10 yrs or more. I've been frequenting this store for approximately 6 yrs. I've always had good service from the staff. However Rosa is exceptional in her Knowledge and willingness to help. Going that mile to make sure u leave more than satisfied with the results of your visit. I also see her advising other associates on what she's learned so I'm sure if her advice is followed all customers will be getting excellent service... keep up the good service Rosa!...I'm sure they're not paying you enough ...

I just recently ported over 2 lines to get their latest promotion and was over charged and deceived by the sales rep Samantha. I ended up paying $190 for 2 "free phones," and told the insurance was "covered for the first month free," but after calling customer service they said that I was charged for the insurance and in no way was it free. Plus I wasn't able to pick out the phone I really wanted and the customer that came in after WAS offered the phone that I wanted! I would really like a manager to contact me about resolving my over charges please.

Today I went in hoping to find a good deal on a budget with these hard times. We got helped by Samantha & Rosa, I believe their name were & they were so so so helpful & broke everything down on the differences on the phones, ect., they had so much patience with us, we're not really used to smart phones & tech stuff but they really made me feel calm, I really appreciate them. I will for sure be coming back to this store.

I have been in this store many times unfortunately today Saturday November 27th it was a service tech named Samantha that refused to serve me publicly that was rude disrespectful even after I apologize standing next to her was Rosa the store manager who did nothing to control one of her sales people.... Please understand I will not enter that store again until the other manager and technicians or sales people are there this is absolutely unprofessional and a bad reputation for this location especially since it is part of a franchise so there is a owner somewhere that needs to know the type of people working for him or her thank you! Also this is regarding my 93-year-old mother who could not read the flip phone sold to me and the offering of the sales rep of $8 if I returned it?

First and foremost, the ladies working today were very nice and got everything done quickly and professionally, my only complaint is the screen protector that i paid $20 for is the wrong size, and doesnt cover my phone screen at all. It's so small that its cutting off the corners of my screen. Its a huge waste of money as I will end up buying the correct size from amazon anyways.

Every time I go to the store the manager and the staff are very kind and helpful. They are always updating me with the most recent promotions. I definitely recommend them for anything you need!

My son dropped his phone in the water so I went to the store to see about an upgrade they said it would be another month okay not a problem or I would have to pay full price for the film went to the next Metro store down the street they actually informed me that I had insurance and it only cost me $50 to replace the phone it was very discouraging because the first store should have told me that instead of wanting me to pay full price for something I already had insurance on they could clearly see it when they looked it up in the computer just like the second store I went to some people just want the sales they don't care about the customers I have been a customer there for the past 10 years thinking about leaving to a new company
