My mom, daughters, and I have been coming to this place for a long time. Today I was told that my 92 year old mom with dementia cannot come back. The man that was doing her nails said she complains and it seemed as if he was hurting her to tell me “see”… He told me she’s too old. He had no patience with her. I was also told she is a liability because she is old. I cried because this is one thing she really enjoys…. Just mean! I wish I would’ve taken my business elsewhere these past few years…

This is the first time I have done a pedi here and I paid $40 and I was supposed to get callus removed and when I got home I noticed the calluses still there

I went the first time with my mom and they did a great job! The second time I returned for a fill and pedicure not so much. They were in a hurry to leave and it was very rushed, if I had known I wouldn’t have scheduled that time. The gel must not have cured correctly and it started peeling uneven and chipping the next morning. I went back and he fixed it no problem but today again the gel polish is peeling off. I think they never cured correctly the first time after it was such a hurry. Overall they are very nice people and I came back because they were kind. I’d say just a pedicure here from now on. It is a bit pricey for what I received but I did not mind because they were pleasant to do business with.
Update: Gel nail polish peeling off my thumb nail now too… It definitely was not cured all the way through, you can smell polish and it is very sticky… It’s only been about 2 days :( I can’t believe 44$ is what this is worth :(
2nd Update:
They were so nice to fix my nails, but unfortunately the gel did not stay put. There was an edge that had bubbled up and smudged, again the gel polish smeared and didn’t cure. I’m sure it’s probably either the UV lamp or the black polish/top coat is old at this point. I had asked to change the color when I went back, the receptionist said it was fine but the technician didn’t agree. I had a feeling the same thing would happen but I just said ok fine and didn’t question them. Thumb nail acrylic has completely chipped as well. I think it was from over filing when fixing the polish, it was very thin.
They are very nice people despite my experience, but I don’t want anyone else to I go through this. I’ve only had this set done for a week (Saturday to Saturday) (Review posted on Sunday). They have been fixed twice in that time span. I don’t think I’ll come back anymore after this. I will probably just remove the set until I can book with my usual technician, but I thought I’d give them a chance since I was in the area. I appreciate the service anyway! It was a learning experience for me.

I used to love this place pedicures being the best, however there's no good nail tech for Acrylics! Each time i've gone, there's always a problem... I paid good money for bad nails, It's either too thick or they put a nail on crooked.I just not what I asked for. I've been patiently waiting for the return of a lady named Kim. Dhe was absolutely great with nail designs.

Never again will I go to Red Permission and have the lady name CoCo do my nails. It was a disaster and to know I paid $85 for my nails to look thick and noticeable slanted. I was embarrassed and when I brought up the fact that they were slanted she brushed me off like if my fingers were slated and not the nails. So never again will I go there. It's really sad because that was my first time since the place was recommended to me

This is the best place I know that does dip powder. Grooming dogs all day takes a toll on your hands, my nails stay good for at least 3 weeks. Helen does an amazing job.

Worst service I have had. I came in to get a toenail fixed (I accidentally broke it when I kicked something). I could tell the nail tech(man) did not want to fix it. I sat anyway and have him the benefit if the doubt. He began using the machine on my toe, but was not very gentle, I told him my feet were sensitive, he continued with the machine at the same speed and pressure. When I stopped him, he got louder trying to explain he had to drill. I told him I understood, but he needs to be kind. I asked for another tech and he said you can wait 30 min.

I'm deeply disappointed to leave this review because I thought I had finally found the perfect spot for my nails. While I love how they handle my pedicures, I was hopeful they could also manage my manicures. Today, however, was a letdown. Despite selecting a violet color, I ended up with a light fire red on my nails. When I pointed this out, the technician mentioned she hadn't applied the gloss yet, but I knew something was off. Even when they acknowledged the discrepancy, they offered to redo it, but after waiting since 3:15 and it being almost 5 (closing time), I decided against it. I had hoped for some form of compensation for the inconvenience, and dissatisfaction but none was offered. Sadly, I'll be seeking a new nail salon from now on.
Oh my total was also $50.00.

I went today for a fill of my nails. Tom did a wonderful job! Shortened them to the perfect length for me and filled them perfectly. He made every effort to be sure I got just what I wanted. I highly recommend Tom. Well pleased. This service was provided for me at the Beaumont, CA spa.
