Great service at this Rite Aid! Pharmacist and employees are awesome. Excellent store because of staff and professional pharmacy support. Pharmacist are almost always accurate on prescriptions and do a great job. Employees are always helpful if you ask them a question or need help with something. Great store location!

Very rude on phone ,even when you're nice to them at pharmacy. No reason to treat customers like that.

Thee most horrible Rite-Aid we have ever experienced!!!! By far!!! I wish I didn't have to give them any stars but here it goes: I have so many different allergies ranging from foods, beverages, fruits, animal hair, etc. It gets so bad I have to take allergy medication. Well I asked my dr what I should do. He recommended I take Zyrtec D "OVER THE COUNTER" medication. He said all I have to do is go to the pharmacy, present them with my ID, and purchase it; easy enough...so I thought. I've been doing it for the past 2 years successfully without even a hiccup in the road trying to purchase medication I need!!! My Fiancé came to this certain store since he was in the area getting his car washed and Banning location was completely sold out. Keep in mind...I need this medication!!!! He was denied the medication and lied to all because he was discriminated against!! Yes you heard me right!!! Discriminated against!!! Because he is young, has tattoos, and is purchasing a "controlled narcotic" he already is suspect according to what the manager at the store had the audacity to say to him while I'm on the phone. My asthma gets so bad I've been hospitalized for it!!! My Dr said I was using my inhaler too much just so I could breathe so he told me to get this medication! Well the store manager here is an incompetent, judgmental, rude, inconsiderate idiot. I have been to many different rite aids without ever being asking "well what are your symptoms?" "Why can't you just use the regular kind?" "Do you really need it" are you freaking kidding me?!?!? No one ever anywhere questions myself or my fiancé but yet the pharmacy techs and the store manager love to discriminate here!! Then when we told them we purchase fine at the Banning location or at any other locations for that matter her response is "well go buy it there" ummm we would you stupid ignorant piece of crap except they were all out so we had to come here. There isn't a law against that. We aren't breaking any rules. In fact, the one who is breaking the law is you!!! And she better get ready to answer to Management about this because I have had it with this Rite Aid!!! This is the 2nd time this has happened at this location. She claimed to be some high up regional manager but I knew by the lack of her vocabulary and customer service ethic, she definitely wasn't in any type of manager position. I am in fact a Regional Manager for a well respected LLC and once I shared this story with my colleagues they were taken back. To the idiot "store manager" & pharmacy dept that gave my Fiancé such a difficult time when he was just trying to purchase medication I need to live....go to hell!! Yes young individuals with tattoos can be successful and not some drug addict you accused him of being!! You should be ashamed of yourselves and I hope you get reprimanded for what turmoil you have caused myself and most of all my Hunny!!! I'll be on the phone tomorrow making sure you know the difference between "a policy" and "a law." Yes it's a policy to ask for my ID for the purchase of the medication. And yes you are breaking "the law" by discriminating against any customer in this type of situation. If I, God forbid, have an asthma attack because you're store denied the purchase of medication I need to breathe...this will fall on you... get ready for tomorrow. I have a feeling you will be receiving a call from the real "regional manager" schooling you on how to do your job correctly!!!!
