I forgot how bad this place was.. This place denied me earlier this year in using a coupon that my doctor suggested I use to get my meds from $400 to $125. When I asked questions, the pharmacy staff lady copped an attitude and told me that they don't honor anything for "controlled substances" like pain pills... I let her know it was ADHD medication and she said, "well whatever, we can't help you." I had my script transferred to the Banning location and had no problems with the coupon nor the rudeness. I let it go because some people are just miserable in their own lives.
Today I had to pick up a prescription for my child and went to the 2nd lane in drive through which should be up and functional for time efficiency. I pressed the button on the call and the lady asked me if I was picking up. Yes I'm trying to pick up my child's antibiotics.. she said I have to be in the first lane that the second lane was only for drop offs. Wth? There is no sign for this and I don't know why they're not utilizing both lanes.

I bought black box wine. I opened it, took one drink, and it was bad. I drink this brand all the time, so I checked the date it expired in March of 2022. Today is April 25 2024! A little out of date, I would say.

the best rite aid in entire area. I was using the rite aid in Hemet, but would rather make the drive to Beaumonts Rite Aid. The people who work there are nicer, more courteous, and make sure the customer is taken care. if you live within a 30mile radius of this Rite Aid(1660 E 1st St) and use Rite Aid to get your medication then make the drive it's way worth it!

Rite Aid is a decent pharmacy but they never answer their phones in the pharmacy! I brought this up to the pharmacy manager, and she said, well we just can't answer all the call, everybody is busy! What an answer from a manager! It sounds to me that they need to hire a manager here that cares, and works through this problem! Good luck if you have to call this pharmacy!!!

I bought a gift card from this store and tried to redeem it but it said it was invalid so I went back to the store and tried to see if it was activated but the manager wouldn’t even check and this was a frustrating experience as I lost $20 and it’s like the manager doesn’t even care about the customer she didn’t even want to check if it was activate. This is not the customer service I expected from this store as I shop here every week. This was a very disappointing experience and I hope that lady learns some logic.

The pharmacy assistant was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and efficiently completed my transactions, answered my questions, and suggested helpful information. The store is clean and well-organized, with friendly and helpful staff.

I was called here for an interview & I was told to come in later when the manager would be there, & this wasn't the problem. The problem began when the manager hid in the back & had an employee tell me they are not hiring & I was wasting my time. This was VERY unprofessional of the manager.

Everything is cool expect when there’s a line of 10 or 15 people and two people over at the thrifty ice cream and the cashier walks away to help with two people with their 50 Cent ice cream instead of the 15 people actually spending money, Of the people wanting to put the ice cream so impatient then go to the 76 gas Station right next-door and get there
