DO NOT COME HERE. I would literally go anywhere else. I was kept up until midnight by drunken screaming and banging and the cops were even called. I ended up leaving before the cops were called. They refused to give me a refund. Very shady place ran by equally shady business people.

I pre-paid for this motel, something I’ve been doing for years with both Choice and Rodeway Inn motels. When I got there, there were two employees behind the desk, both were having trouble with a simple check in. One was trying to crack holes to “lighten the mood” and it just ended up coming across as unprofessional. It took way too long for them to both figure out a way to accomplish a simple task. THEN when I finally got into the room I realized it has no warm/hot water and a slight bedbug infestation. Do yourselves a favor and skip this one. I know Banning and Beaumont are podunk one horse towns but both cities have far better low level motel rooms than this one.

Luke warm showers, facility needs an update. Heater is limited to 78⁰ F . Decent price, friendly service. Clean room with some necessities and a couple of perks. Free Ice from a dirty machine, and cooled sodas for two bucks, not cold .. cooled.

I checked in to the hotel this morning expecting to be able to take a long hot bath and relax only to discover that THEY DON’T HAVE HOT WATER.. it was luke warm at best. I called to the front desk and she tells me to turn in the hot water in the sink at the same time as the hot water in the bath tub and the water will turn on I did I let it run for over 20 mins STILL NO HOT WATER … I call her back and she states that Luke warm is as hot as it gets. WILL NEVER START AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN …., NEVER

STAY AWAY!
They gave me a room selling like feet and feces. The receptionist was very nice and gave me a different one. This one only smelled like feet. I guess that's better. Except the sheets had hair and stains. I honestly can't recommend this to anyone. For your own good, stay away. You won't sleep peacefully with the horrible smells from this place.

If I could leave zero stars I would. DO NOT STAY HERE!! They do not clean the rooms. Found trash, used toiletries in the shower, clothes from previous guests on the floor, dirty sheets, used towels and absolutely horrific smell. This place needs to be deemed a biohazard from how awful that smell is. The lady at the front desk was also rude and not helpful at all. The lady the next morning gave a partial refund but it's like nobody does their job around here. Please save yourself and don't stay here.

This is the first review I ever made my whole life. I don't mind if somewhere looks a little ghetto with chipped paint, little holes in the wall, drawing on the wall, burn holes on the blankets, torn up furniture, chipped floor and the floorboards falling off. This place has all the above. I would even be ok with a few roaches. But who actually does their job here?? Because I don't think they ever clean the rooms. There was food crumbs on the bedside table, chunks of food on the floor, red sticky stuff on the AC, the walls clearly have not been cleaned in months or even years, the pillow cases had brown spots all over them, the blankets and sheets smelt bad and had multiple dirty spots on them that would clearly wash off in the washer NOT STAINS they had stains too though. And honestly the rest of the mess isn't even the issue at least clean the pillowcases and blankets. They didn't even try to hide the fact they didn't clean the room. My bf and I got bit multiple times within the first hour of laying down still not sure if it was mosquitos or bedbugs. It better not have been bedbugs but I wouldn't doubt it looking at the condition of the room. There was also some crackhead peaking through windows. The front desk lady told him to leave the only person who does their job apparently. Not a clean or safe place to stay.Edit** Most likely not bedbugs they said they spray often it might've been spiders. Didn't give us even a partial refund just said they will give us 10% off next time. THERE WILL BE NO NEXT TIME!!

Clean and affordable. In poor repair; missing drain covers, chipped paint, cracked grout, mish mash of flooring and molding, icky furniture. The bonus was a half rack of Bud light in the mini fridge.

Well, here goes. At check-in, I was told that my reservation was canceled. That I made September 2nd. they had a room for almost double the price. Which I took having no other options. They said that I called and canceled it. I asked why would I show up for a reservation that I canceled ? After talking with the manager on site and then the general manager, nothing has been done to get the room rate that I booked for.Guess I will dispute the charges when I get home.Sincerely, an unhappy customer .Rooms: Not worth 250$ a night. Kinda dirty walls and doors.

Everything was nice overall, except Room 101 had two problems: the room had an old stench of cigarette smells and caused headaches for my fiance. Also, our shades didn't block out window light coming in from the outside, bright business sign.Rooms: Outdated but still decent. Spring-box bed was SUPER soft and comfortable.
