Gas stations also know as rest stops to use the restroom that open 24 hours is never available for the public to use. Everyday I come here and there is a sign restrooms closed. Stop lying and let customers used the restroom if it's broken the management should involved then the city of Beaumont

Paid for express wash and the car wash only did a rinse. Tried to notify the cashier that it was broken and they said it’s not broken the express wash only rinses. Sign clearly says that it washes.

You don’t take it serious enough to provide the services that I paid for. You took my money and that’s all you care about. What shell did was theft. Shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to get what I paid for.

SINCE NO ONE EVER PICKS UP THE PHONE I AM WRITING IT HERE…. The lady who works there name starts with N and checks in the delivery orders on Thursday mornings needs to stop asking the drivers for free stuff! I was on the phone with my husband who was delivering and she is in the background asking him for a free shirt that his work gives him after she has already harassed him for a free hat before and he has already said no like what, stop begging and trying to flirt your way into free stuff already or your gonna have a very angry wife make a trip to the store at 6am please, first and only warning girl have some respect!!!

An employee by the name of Anna lied about not being able to receive cash back and referred me to the ATM that charged me a fee, then gave me attitude and was disrespectful when I was trying to get change from the $20 I pulled out. All Anna could say was I don't have that much change and If you want to wait around 10 minutes, she might be able to help. Very rude and unprofessional.

Came in to fill up the tank, decided to get some food. They only hot hot dogs for hot food so decided to see what else they have. Was told if I wanted to walk around I had to leave my purse at the counter. Like what? No worries, went across the street to am/pm to fill up and get food where I dont have to be treated like a thief. Terrible customer service.

Who's the manger on grave yard the lady that works nights with the blue hair is very rude and she always gives the customers a dirty nasty look maybe just us women but she seems to be very helpful to the men that go in she needs to go find a man on here own time and not try hooking up with multiple men on the companies time and the other manager in the mornings is just as rude management needs to do more training with some employees

Stopped to get gas and use the restroom before a long drive home, got told the lady couldn't stop cleaning so that customers can use the bathroom? She had barely started as well...horrible customer service. All employees seemed lost and didn't know what was going on. Definitely never coming back.
