Getting through to anybody on the phone seems impossible. One person has answered and I was ok being on hold but seems he accidentally hung the phone up. I called back and it continued to ring. Two times now someone will pick up and hang up.

THE ABSOLUTE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! OR SHOULD I SAY LACK THERE OF. I literally called for customer service 7 times and absolutely no answer and was hung up on twice. I never did get through to anyone so I will have to go to the store. I don't understand how no one could answer the phone in ANY of the departments especially customer service....make it make sese Home Depot . If I could give no stars I would because its so frustrating that no one answered the phone.

First time ever where we had an awesome experience with the paint department at Home Depot (Beaumont). Jonathan was so helpful and gave us everything we needed for our paint project without us asking.

Disappointed again, purchased a hose some months back a good hose 50 pluse dollars. It starts to leak real bad tried to exchange and they no longer have that exact hose so I am SOL no store credit, no even exchange! The staff is pleasant and nice but since they are not going to back there product Home Depot will no longer be my first stop. Hello Beaumont Home Center meet your new customer!

This home depot has all the supplies that you may need. BUT the biggest negative experience that will make me never shop there again is their loss prevention and other employees that act like they are tough cops and everyone else is criminals. While shopping there my wife and I were followed and watched by an older bald headed guy. It got to the point were she felt uncomfortable like we were being stocked. I'm a later visit when I had a valid receipt and already did an exchange I was stopped by this bald headed guy and another younger punk looking loss prevention and they took my money saying my return was not legit. And they talked very unprofessional to me using profanity. I felt intimidated and actually let them keep my 240 dollars. WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. I would never recommend this place unless you want to feel you are being stocked and feel like you are a criminal.

Terry in appliances is my go to gal now! My dad and I were there picking out a washer and dryer for my new house and she was an absolute peach! She went above and beyond in my opinion. She was very transparent told me how every step of the delivery and installation will go, and she was so sweet! She answered every single one of my questions with patience and kindness. She was not too pushy or salesy but made sure to give me all the information I needed! My dad has been shopping at various Home Depot locations for many years, and he agrees, Terry is hands down without a doubt the BEST Home Depot employee he has ever encountered! We WILL be coming back and we WILL be asking for Terry every single time! Home Depot better treat her right!#GiveTerryARaise #WeLoveTerry

I don't know if it's me or if it's this particular Home Depot. Feels like except some old timers , most of the staff goes out of their way not to make eye contact. God forbid you interrupt two associates who are giggling and chit chatting. You get the look of death. The garden check out people are on point as are the ladies at customer service and check out. It's the associates who do the stocking and replenishment- It's always been hit or Miss but I can't imagine it's good for sales. I went home and used Amazon instead

I shop at this Home Depot quite often. Lately I have been ordering on line for curbside pickup. Yesterday I decided to go in the store to get a programmable thermostat since SCE is offering an instant $75 rebate. I went on the website for Golden State rebates to answer the questions and get my coupon to use in store. I selected the Google Nest Learning thermostat for $249. The guy who tried to check me out could not get the coupon to work. His supervisor also tried. The supervisor called Jim the associate store manager to try and help he couldn't do it either. He went on to tell me the item I selected did not qualify for the rebate. I had printed a list of the model numbers to show them the one I picked out was on there. I even told the display in the store shows this item is part of the rebate program. He INSISTED it needed to have the energy star logo on the box. I asked him and the associate to look at the model number on the item. I told him it would start with a "T". Both of them appeared to be looking at the SKU. I even showed him the picture below. I left very frustrated. I went into Best Buy next door. That guy was able to quickly look at the item and confirm that model number T3019US is indeed part of the rebate program. I would have bought it from Best Buy. Here is my issue when I log back into the rebate website it has the coupon tied to Home Depot. I plan to go back to the store this morning perhaps there will be someone available who is more helpful. If you look really close on the picture right above the price it shows the T30xx model number. The last 2 digits indicate the color. I really was not picky about the color. All this to say that was a horrible experience.

I can always count on management in this location to provide the worst customer service. Now the garden center is closed until 8am. I had several thousand $$$ to spend on a purchase order. Walked around looking for a way to get stuff out the gate. No one to be found. Faced with moving a truckload of stuff through the store, I walked. Redlands store was open. They got the $2500 PO. Nothing new here.

The worst in industry.. Sold me a washer/dryer that is illegal in the city of Big Bear, they refused to return or exchanged, they also sent hoses for wrong washer, they refused to send back store says no control, corporate sends back to store. the is no posting on billing that they have a no return policy which is illegal in the state of california, this will escalate to consumers affairs and the State regulators. over 1500 wasted... they should not deliver illegal products, they must comply with state regulations to post their no refund or exchange policies. they toss you from store to store, corporate resolutions does not act, store does not care... Do not buy Home Depot!!!

I purchased 3 pallets of life proof laminate from the Beaumont store. I picked it up at this location. I used all but 5 boxes. Today I went to return them and was told it was a special order and they wouldn't take them back. So over about 300 dollars I will never set foot in another Home Depot again and also will let all my friends know how they treat their customers.I have 2 other complaints with Home Depot that I won't go into. Bottom line is that I have spent 20,000 at this store in the last 9 months on a kitchen remodel they won't see my money ever again

SHOUTOUT TO WYATT in customer service!! Every single other employee was zero help, but Wyatt stepped into the rescue and assisted in my item & transaction needs. If you ever have to come to Home Depot, ask for WYATT!!! He is amazing! Thank you for all of your help!

Here's a rant re: Home Depot's price adjustment policy. Went to the store to originally purchased 33-gal recycle bin trash cans. Noticed that 20-gal should be enough. Saw the price for $17.97 and decided to purchase a couple of them. Went to pay and realized that they charged me $19.97. I told the cashier and she told me to go back and take a picture of the label and go to the return desk for them to fix my purchase. The woman at the return desk went to go look at the item and came back and said that the label was wrong. I asked if she can do the pricing adjustments for the ones I purchase since the displayed price and even online shows $17.97. She declined. She cannot do that. I told her that how is it my fault that they displayed the wrong price and it's only a $2 difference. She declined and told me to just purchase it online. Why the hell can't you just price adjust the $2 since I'm already there in years of me buying it online and do a store pickup? That's d**** Imagine how many people may have not noticed the extra charges. It's not about the $2 difference, it's more about the principle. Would Home Depot let me walk out with a $2 item? I think not. So why I would I let them charge me $2 more?
