Drivers always delivering my packages to the wrong address or will not deliver to the back house alley way when there’s 2 separate address on most older properties in Beaumont that’s facing in the alley way so it’ll either get lost or they’ll leave you one of those pink slips to go and pick it up at their office and when you go to pick up your package, there will be a long line

This is a message I got from these people today this is bull crap cuz I was home and there was nobody attempted to deliver anything My driveway is not blocked my front door is not blocked these people are in my neighborhood every single day this message I got from them was bullcrap.

I had an schedule delivery yesterday September 7, I waited all day and usps didn't arrive. It's very sucks usps doesn't have responsibility and now I don't know what to do. It's really sucks and frustrating, I track the package and they doesn't have a phone number to communicate with them. Usps is not really not good. When I receive packages via fedex I can text them or call them or track the package and on the track page I can make changes on my delivery package, but usps not.

I've never been so frustrated with a usps before until this location. It is terrible. This is the 5th time my mail has not been sent to be due to the laziness of the carriers. We have one lady who does AN amazing job ( when I see her ill ask her name and give her the best shout out ) and gets us our mail. But their other workers lack that basic skill for some reason. And when I call in my mail is either " lost" or its an " insufficient address" which is the same ADDRESS I've used MANY TIMES since I've moved here in 2020. Than ill get a notification that my mail has been sent back to the original business due to their incompetence. What in the world??? First they lie, then send my mail back!! Its unfortunate that this is my main mailing system . Especially if me and my family have important mail ( like checks ) that come to our house. I think its time for a p.o box with ups. Atleast their system is way more reliable than usps . Which is suppose to be the go to place for ALL MAIL. Ill be sure to let people know to avoid this location if possible ?. I'm only giving one star due to that one mail lady we have. Otherwise if I could give 0 stars I would in a heart beat.
