Did you know your prescription comes with an attitude and pharm tech cutting you off mid-sentence?! This is the first and last time I come to this location to get my prescription filled. I get it everyone has bad days, but the whole staff? Such a hassle to get my prescription filled.

The lady at the register was very rude and made everyone that was young uncomfortable, I get it that she doesn't want people to steal but a lot of her comments are very unhelpful and unnecessary. Me and my friends went to get some makeup and she started talking about how her daughter doesn't wear make up and that we are trying to act all grown then went on to talk about how a girl got kidnapped and died for wearing makeup I think trying to scare us not to wear makeup. She kept giving us dirty looks and was just rude for no reason. She talked bad about all of the teenagers that came in the store including us just making backhanded comments about calling our parents, hinting that all the teens that came in were their to steal and then letting a group of guys have their backpacks on when she made every girl take off their backpacks, mocked all of the people that tried to talk about how unfair and rude she was being behind their back, making questionable remarks to one of the middle schoolers saying for the girl to talk to her when she turns 18 and had people follow us everywhere we went and got very upset when I asked why I had to put my number in the machine when I was just confused. Overall the experience was just terrible it felt humiliating and embarrassing being belittled while she gave us nasty looks when me and my friends were paying for what we got.

This Walgreens is awful, they're rude and slow every time, always don't have the rxs that are to be ready, nothing but excuses with them. Looks like it's time for Walgreens to go out of business. All the others have bad reviews too. Lasr time coming to a Walgreens.

Walgreens in Beaumont, CA. I want to say THANK YOU for making my shopping experience the best ever today. I believe the cashier's name is Leticia. She was so upbeat and professional. I felt she cared about me as a customer. Thank you Walgreens for excellent customer service. That is why I will always be a loyal customer.

I really don't want to be a Karen, but man this store is a total exercise in frustration. Having an appointment with them is a total waste of time. The people working there truly offer no help, they are nonchalant, or downright rude. I have given them several opportunities, but poor attitudes are prevalent throughout the store.Trust me, I'm being kind by stopping the review here. Do yourself a favor, drive a little farther and find some happy, helpful people.

This is the worst pharmacy one could ever go to. As a healthcare provider I am familiar with clinical work flow and patient care... and I have to say this place is utterly atrocious! I've been coming to this pharmacy for the past two years to pick up my birth control and have to say that not one single time (in these past two years) did it take me less than three hours to get this simple preventative medication. I tried to cut him some slack because of Covid and stayed patient these past two years, but have come to a point where there is no excuse for this horrific service!! The front staff and techs are so incompetent and have poor customer service skills as well as poor people skills in general. Most of the time they stand there chatting while line builds up... for me, the day my medication is due when I come to pick up they never even order it.... so I typically have to come back three days after I should've started taking my birth control to see if it's even available. After 2 years of this crap I've decided Covid isn't an excuse and Walgreens in Beaumont absolutely sucks and I do not recommended! Rite Aid up the street is 1000 times better i've transitioned all my pharmaceutical needs to them and highly recommend everybody who reads this does so as well!!

Why do the people working there kept working there if they are so unhappy? I just moved to the area and this is a "preferred pharmacy" for my health ins. I've been there 4x now and each experience is worse than the next. Rude pharmacy employees, filthy dirty pharmacy area, they seem to allow panhandling in the store as well - that's very uncomfortable. Can't pay with cash b/cash b/c the panhandlers will see and follow you and harass you. And the wait times for north drive thru and at the window - unacceptable - they don't ask the ppl pondering payment/fill/don't fill choices to stop aside so they can help the others in long line in there waiting. InsteD they leave everyone standing around all the sick people, coughing and sniffling, sitting in the chairs in the pharmacy without masks (GROSS and dangerous) waiting for their doc-in-a-box appts. Yes, they are clearly understaffed but at very least, treat you customers with courtesy and care. Going back again today to pick up an RX - if it's still dirty/staff is rude/ panhandlers there, then - I'm changing pharmacies. I'll pay more at a non-preferred pharmacy to get better service and care. Someone needs to contact the Board of Heath AND Walgreens HQ about this place.

Had the worst experience with the Tall white haired man. Couldn't even get a name because he was too busy throwing boxes when all I wanted to know was can I grab some ice teas for a Doordash order and was super rude and sent his little man to basically come give me more attitude and didn't help which I'm glad he didn't help. But thankfully the night was saved by a worker by the name of Marie super friendly attentive and 5 stars for her whole customer service experience she gave me. Rang my items up and sent me on my way.

This pharmacy has gone downhill over the past two years. Hours of operation suffer from seemingly random closures and hours changes. These changes are at odds with their auto-attendant. More and more often out of stock on drugs that have been ordered here for the past two years.

I wouldn't have even given them a 1 star but I have to choose one. The pharmacy is terrible. I've made x3 appointments for my COVID SHOTS AND THEY WERE TO BUSY TO TELL ME I HAD TO WAIT, NEXT THEY SAID I COULD GO BACK AND JUST GET THE SHOT BECAUSE OF WHAT HAPPENED THE 1ST TIME , THE 3RD TIME I CALLED A DIFFERENT WALGREENS AND SHE SAID TO COME TO MY REGULAR CLOSEST ONE AND SHE DROVE ALL THE EAY OVER TO MY WALGREENS JUST TO MAKE SURE THAT I STAY ALIVE WITH ALL THESE ILLNESSES THAT ARE KILLING PEOPLE EVERY MINUTE OF THE DAY IN THE U.S. GOD BLESS HER! AND BLESS YOU ALL! #GET.VACCINATED

The service is why this Walgreens is rated so poorly. I had had a couple of items in one hand and a half empty juice it up cup in the other waiting in line. The manager personally pointed me out in line and told me infront of everyone that there is no food or drinks allowed in for safety reasons. I asked if there was a sign outside I had missed, she responded "no, we don't need to have one by law". I looked into it and YES- you do by law require a sign for that. Also, it would have been nice to have a sign so it wouldn't of been such an inconvenience for me as a customer. She kept repeating to me in a nasty nice voice that, "you're not in trouble, you're not in trouble" as if I was a child. I'm a 21 years old woman, I had no makeup on at the time so she must of confused me with one of the local high schoolers up the road. I'm pretty sure all Walgreens follow the same rules and this one was trying to makeup their own rules to compensate for the school kids spilling drinks and food. What are their wet floor signs for again ? So irritated. I understand how it can be in issue but it was very poor service and execution. They need to fix right away.
