Rude male pharmacist arguing with me over a Dr's prescription. Pre surgery. Telling me I needed my Dr to adjust. Last time I looked even though pharmacist are well educated they are not practicing Surgeons. Will have all my prescriptions transferred..

Patty was very helpful and friendly. Although I arrived toward the end of her shift, she stayed and helped because there were too many customers for the staff to handle without her. During our interaction I did not feel rushed and she maintained pleasant and informative conversation.

There is not enough staff at the Pharmacy. I call to check on a prescription and there are 12 people ahead of me. I have to physically go to the Pharmacy because I can't get a person on the phone. I get there and they don't have the prescription or it usually is not ready. They say to wait and 15 minutes turns into 45. Whomever is in charge of hiring doesn't do their job. It has been like this for years and is getting worse.

Called the pharmacy and connected with the pharmacist. He asked me to hold and then abruptly hung up. Then, I called back and had the unfortunate pleasure of being connected with one of his pharmacist reps. She asked me to hold which I quickly said no. She then said," well. You have someone in front of you so you're going to have to wait." Then she placed me on hold and the next person to answer the phone was the pharmacist again. I expressed to him how upset I was at being hung up on and then rudely placed on hold again by his minion. He said they're busy and to tell him what I needed. He has a very thick Asian accent and is very difficult to understand. But yet I was able to infer that he doesn't have time to deal with my complaint because he is" busy ". It's unfortunate, but it's indicative of Walmart service or lack thereof in addition to their desperation to feel positions with less than qualified or cordial employees. I was able to record the call and will be posting it on my social media page. Stay away from this place if possible.

Went to Vaccines.gov to schedule a vaccine appt. at this Walmart pharmacy. Got to the appt on the date/time stated but the limited staff said we had no appt. Waited 1 hour to be told our vaccine card is invalid and was turned away. This place is a circus, what a joke.

Phones out occasionally. Not enough staff working. They put you on hold and don't come back. Make mistakes on ordering meds. Gave me open bottle of expensive meds that were missing pills.

Pharmacy was very helpful in filling my prescription. They even transferred my script of insulin from another walmart in san Jacinto. i kept being told that san jacinto walmart pharmacy was out of insulin and its been 2 weeks. i even called the walmart pharmacy in hemet and they didn't have it either both pharmacy's acted as if it was such a hassle to find the insulin i needed. So thank you to walmart pharmacy in beaumont for prompt service and helping when i needed it.

Walmart pharmacy Beaumont is the worst. Customer service is nonexistent! They are shirt staffed and if the person ahead of you has an issue there is no one else to help you.

Worse customer service. Sent my niece to fill a prescription. I just got out of the ER for covid. The lady at the pharmacy said but we didn't receive any orders. Yes we have the hard copy prescription right here in our hand they don't always come by phone. Especially from the ER. So She takes the paperwork and says the order will take an hour. My niece goes back there an hour later and its a new lady and that lady says hmm we don't see any perscriptions for your family. Or see any hard copies. So my niece was confused and called me and I told her to ask for my perscriptions back so we can go some where else. So my niece ask for my paperwork and she goes to the back and oh happens to find it and hands it back to her. I guess they didn't want to fill it. Lady did not even care. I will never go back there ever again.

Walmart Pharmacy lines are not the best. However usually I am greeted by a respectful pharmacy tech or pharmacist and it makes the experience a little better. However twice now, I've had an interaction with Pharm Tech Laura. She is very rude and treats the customers very poorly. I have heard experiences from other family members and friends and they said the same thing about her. I have a difficult name to understand, so I get that it may be hard for her to hear it especially with the mask. However I doubt that raising your voice or rolling your eyes will help anybody and that's exactly what she did in response. Every time I walk in, I avoid her now. It's unfortunate that as a customer, I have to adjust to the associates attitude.

This place is a total joke. Living with 3 chronic diseases and the pharmacist told me they wont fill a doctor's prescription because I've taken it 6 months. I've have 10 surgeries and the last as recent as 3 months ago and you're refusing my meds? Like WTF! And FYI I'm on the lowest dose and lowest grade control pain meds to avoid kidney failure due to kidney disease. They don't know my medical history. Never examined me but you think you have the right to demand I take a different medication my doctor prescribed and I can't change because of my kidneys. D*** d**** Don't waste your time with this place. They have a little bit of a power trip going on.
