Actually NO STARS This place is a joke. There's 25 people in line and one teller. It's a shame the way they treat this community. All three managers here 'don't know how to make a transaction' WHAT A JOKE

I waited more then 1 hour to get help ......Not happy with my experience. They kept staring at me like it I was trying to do something and then when it was my turn all of sudden they needed security with them to cash a check. Not cool. Very stereotypical..... I was very uncomfortable. Service sucks don't come here anymore

Bank closed on Saturdays now...you wait 20 minutes for a transaction because only 2 tellers have to process 20 plus customers in-line. Shameful for this bank.

After 20 years of banking with Wells i will be closing my accounts. The tellers there are no good. I enjoyed this bank for several years when there was an employee named Alma I think she used to run the bank. I used to see her doing everything.She was as efficient as they come. She assisted me with several issues. I just learned shes not working here anymore. Disappointed the bank lets go of hard working employees and keeps the useless ones. The manager should retire you can tell she hates her job. Retrain those tellers make them efficient and people friendly.

Worst customer service!!! Only one teller to help a line of 10+ people, with that one teller stuck helping someone who was having issues. Took me over 15mins to wait (and I was next in line) for a simple transaction, and it’s increasingly like that every time. And the thing that kills me is that there ARE other tellers and managers in the back, but they don’t care that there is a line and do not come forward to help or even look up at you or say anything! My mom has already quit this bank and I’m about to!! Where is the excellent customer service they had years ago when they actually cared about getting and retaining your business, where there was someone to greet you and many friendly tellers to help you?! Obviously another business who is losing sight of what’s really important to their customer! Once they have your business, they stop caring, just like everyone else!! I have talked to the manager at my particular branch and she couldn’t care less, in fact I just get major back-talk and attitude, and I have gone to her higher ups and complained and they did seem to listen and care, but then why is that manager still there??? She is awful!!! Wells Fargo, you need to get your head out of rear and wise up!! You’re infuriating—and losing!!—all of your customers!!

Terrible customer service. Long lines. I had to deposit 2 checks & I don't feel comfortable doing that at the ATM. Got to the bank when they opened & wait time was ridiculous. Teller said coming into the bank for anything will be wait times of 20 to 25 minutes from now on. No bankers working there today for 2 people who wanted to see bankers.

Have been waiting in line for a simple transaction (unfortunately not one the ATM can offer) for over 20 minutes now. There is a single teller helping in the lobby. Pretty easy to see what’s going on: another multi billion dollar company running on a skeleton crew. It is very dangerous (especially for the employees) to understaff a bank, promotes people lingering in a small space during a pandemic, and an extreme disservice to your customers who are wasting hours so you can save a few bucks. Ridiculous and shameful.

Was told first appointment was a week later to open a new account. Really Wells Fargo? Great customer service. I’m not coming back a week later to give you my money. U S Bank welcomed us with no appointment.

0 stars if I could. Mare an appointment TWO WEEKS ago for today. They call me 15 minutes before my appointment that’s at 9am and canceled it because the bank called in sick. There are other bankers there. She said you can come in at 2. I took work off in the morning for this 9am appointment. Canceling ALL accounts with them! Worst customer service EVER.

Don't use this branch. ! You are better off carrying your money in a paper bag. My card was compromised, fraud dept told me someone in Hawaii . They said just go into your local office get a temporary card. Easy right ? Nope. Bankers busy no appointments available for 2 days? Did I hear that right ? Spoke with a manager she kept going in circles blaming covid. I'm sorry if Wells Fargo hasn't figured out how to help in an emergency in 6 months it's no wonder the Bank is under constant trouble. Time to leave this Bank. ** Was able to get an emergency appt at another branch. That's customer service. Hopefully they consolidate this branch to the better knowledgeable one I found.

Wow looks like I'm not the only one having problems with them!I had a merchant commit fraud and charge me for services they never rendered.I contacted Wells Fargo with all the documentation and they were saying how wrong it was and they would take care of it 100%.They have just been giving me the runaround ever since .I believe it's a conflict of interest because the merchant account is at this bank!Wells Fargo you need to make it right with me I will be blasting you on Facebook for the whole world to see it will cost you far more in the end with lost business court etc if you don't square up with me now!
