I had been sporting my wedding ring for almost 50 years and was ready for an upgrade. Lennox and Melanie at Woodley‘s were so helpful. I’m very pleased with my beautiful ring and if I was tech-savvy I would attach a photo…It would have been helpful if I had some kind of an idea of what I wanted before I went in- a picture is always helpful in that regard! That’s on me. However, they were exceedingly patient and did a beautiful job which I’m very happy with.

My wife took her wedding ring to Woodley's for a repair, and they did an excellent job fixing it. Unfortunately, about a month later, the fitting became chipped. However, they were quick to offer a solution and resolve the issue. The staff was very kind and trustworthy throughout the process. I highly recommend this establishment.

outstanding service and prices repaired all my wife's jewelry and cleaned and repaired her Rolex. too They do it all. I can not say enough good about them They charged me far less than I ever imagined. SERVICE-PRICE-RELIABILITY It is the whole package.

I am so happy with Woodley's Jewelers. I needed a couple of pieces repaired and a couple of appraisals. Woodley's customer service is above reproach, and they are so thorough!
My repairs were done quickly and beautifully, and the appraisals were completed quickly as well. Lennox walked me through the process of my repairs and was completely honest with me, to the point of letting me know that one of my repairs might actually not be worth it... I'm still on the fence. I appreciate that kind of honesty.
I can't imagine using another jeweler at this point. I would never use a "chain" jewelry store; it's just not worth it. I've gone to other private jewelry stores only to be upsold and left feeling like I had just left used car dealership. At Woodley's, I felt respected and I could trust what I was being told. I'll never go anywhere else.

This family business was amazing. They were recommended by a few different folks. When I finally made it there, we got stuck at the train, I called and asked if they could just wait a few minutes after closing that we were on our way from San Jacinto. Steven said, no problem. With the darn train and traffic we got there around 510, they let us in, he was able to fix my son's necklace right there, I thought I needed a new $50 clasp. But he fixed it, cleaned it and didn't charge me after staying open!!! Even though they didn't make money this time, I will be back and I will recommend to everyone.
