I recently scheduled a move with All Service Moving. I have moved many, many times but for MY biggest move I decided to hire professional movers. I am SO VERY happy I did. I was impressed with the All Service Moving team from my first interaction. The woman (I am sorry I do not recall her name) I spoke with on the phone to schedule my move was friendly and very helpful. She patiently explained the process and answered all my questions. Right on time the morning of the move, Daniel, Ricco and Jesse arrived ready to begin, with friendly smiles and positive attitudes. After a quick tour showing them all the items to be moved, they immediately began wrapping furniture, moving boxes and loading their truck. They were quick but careful. I was exhausted from staying up all night trying to pack and organize things for the move (4 generations plus two cats…too much stuff). They were very considerate; the last thing they loaded on the truck was the chair I was sitting on, and it was the first thing they unloaded when we arrived at the new location. I really appreciate the time they took to ensure we were happy with the placement of our large furniture at our new location.This was a temporary move, so I will be contacting All Service Moving to schedule my next move.

Jesse and Camilo did a great job on our 1 bedroom + office / 2 bathroom move. They had a great attitude, moved with speed and efficiency, and were generally considerate in terms of preventing damage to items and the locations we were moving in and out of.We had one serving bowl that was broken and some scratches to the tops of media consoles / dressers due to boxes being placed on top of them.Deducted one star as the claims process is frustrating.

All Service Moving came to me in a time of need. I cannot tell you how hard they worked and how they made a nightmare move great. I would highly recommend them! Price was great and under my budget!

Received a text, then phone call from Nelson. He confirmed our moving date/ time and inquired if we had other concerns, like we had a piano etc. He assured us that the movers will be very careful in handling our piano, furniture and other stuff. True enough, we were so impressed with the team he sent. Jesse was extremely knowledgeable when it came to handling the piano. They wrapped the piano with the blanket and plastics etc. They were very professional. They knew what to do and followed our instructions especially on our fragile boxes and TV. Nothing was damaged. Overall, they were efficient and made the moving process go on smoothly. It was indeed a relief once everything was moved to our next unit. Kudos to these team, Jesse, Max and Thor for their excellent service, friendliness, and most of all, for being great movers. Thank you to everyone from "All Service Moving."

Daniel, AG, Maximiliano, Ricco and Jesse of All Service Moving Los Angeles were AMAZING for our 2 truck move to a house with a ton of STAIRS! They were not deterred, and worked extremely hard to get everything in safely. They had a great upbeat attitude, were friendly and responsive and lovely to be around. They singlehandedly made the move fun. Daniel especially went above and beyond in every way....Nelson arranged everything beautifully. It was the best moving experience we have ever had, and we will definitely use them for family members, and recommend them to friends. Very impressive outfit from start to finish. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Did not have the best experience with All Service Moving. I hired them for my move to LA. After the move I had some items that wouldn't fit in my apartment so they took my things to their storage facility. I paid for storage for several months before deciding that I wanted to move my things to a closer storage unit that I could access more easily. I also wanted to grab a few items and bring them to my apartment. I hired ASM to deliver my items to my apartment and take the remaining items to my new storage unit. Most of the items that I wanted delivered to my apartment were missing. I inquired with the movers and they told me that they were probably still back at the storage facility and that they will go check. After a couple days they told me that they were not able to find my items. The facility manager implied that I had probably misplaced my items because he was sure that I received everything that I had brought to their storage facility. He suggested I check my apartment and new storage unit again and think of anywhere else my items might be. So I took a day off work and spent several hours looking through every box in my storage unit and my entire apartment. I did not find the items. I had to file a claim with ASM stating that they lost my items. By the way, these items were about $9000 worth of audio recording equipment. A day or two after filing the claim I received an email from the facility manager stating that he found my items in a location they didn't think to check at first. He said he was embarrassed and then helped schedule to have my items returned to me. I received my items the next day but one of my studio monitors was damaged. I understand that these things happen, but after being told that I had probably misplaced these items and that he was positive they didn't have them, I was pretty upset. Not to mention the money I lost by taking a day off work to search for these items. Had they been delivered the first time I wouldn't have had to go looking for these items. I am self employed so I felt that they should have offered to reimburse me for the latest move. I lost more money than the move cost by taking a day off work. My time is valuable and don't appreciate it being wasted. They didn't offer to reimburse me. They just said they were embarrassed and then got my stuff to me 6 days after it should have been delivered. Unacceptable. I've posted a pic of the damaged studio monitor.
