I came in to take off my acrylic nails and get a gel manicure. At first they didn't understand, so I kept on repeating myself. Another customer was helping me talk to them asking for the gel manicure and taking off my acrylic nails. After 2 hours, they have made my pinky bleed, and buffed my acrylics, never actually taking it off. I left the shop crying in pain, and upset on how bad the service can be! They were asking for the full price of a gel manicure never actually giving me one. I gave them so many chances but this experience was down right horrible.

DO NOT COME HERE . these ladies are so rude and literally almost force you to get services you do not wish to . Once you say no to them they all talk to each-other which obviously you know when someone is talking bad about you . They laugh and look at you and talk . After I said no to her she threw the towel on me rudely. Horrible place . Negative stars .

Great customer service. Clean place. . I got a gel manicure and pedicure and nice not to feel like they were rushing. The upgraded chairs is better for the technicians and customer.

Please do not come here and support this business, they refused to service my Mom because she's in a wheelchair. The shop employee was rude and had a bad attitude. Made my Mom cry over it! I can't believe they discriminated my Mother over her medical condition!!Service: Pedicures

This place discriminated and turned away a beautiful woman today due to her being in a wheelchair. This is absolutely disgusting that this would happen. Don't go here ! Take your business elsewhere, there is too much ugliness going on in this world for this kind of stuff to happen. Where was their compassion??

Hello All, please avoid this place!! My Mom is handicapped but still mobile. However my Dad took her to get her nails done here, that place refused to service her, They discriminated my Mother over her medical condition, what kind of heart less monster does that?

If I can give this -100 stars I would totally do it a million times. Today my dad took my mom to get her nails done at this unprofessional salon. She had a stroke a year ago and is immobile from her left side, she just wanted to feel pretty. They took one look at her and turned her away because "they don't work with handicapped people" Excuse me? This is 110% discrimination towards my mom for being disabled. I'm absolutely disgusted by this. I honestly can't imagine how my mom felt when she was told this, it breaks my heart. Save your money and go somewhere else that will make you feel and look good.
