I already call multiple times and they don't answer

The front office is rude. I came to pick up a replacement card, the woman Jenny supervisor in the front states the cards are not issued until a person walks in and requests a replacement card.. which I did over the phone.
All along the card was already there, she didn't even looked to begin with 🤦♀️
