She’s done my taxes for 7+ years an her service has gotten worse with time but this year she doesn’t respond . She did my taxes after I told her I was doing them elsewhere a when I went to the office more than 5 where they’re to complain a she wouldn’t open the door or pick up the calls . Would definitely not recommend unless you like wasting your time an arguing

This place is a FRAUD!! paid $220 to do taxes and I find out she NEVER FILER them, I am getting penalized for LETTY NOT DOING HER JOB yet SHE CHARGED ME…… LETTY AND HER BUSINESS ARE FRAUDS AND STEAL MONEY

I won’t even give her one start to Leticia or her employees, They don’t know how to return calls back at all, we made an appointment 3 weeks ago and they couldn’t even find us on there appointment books when I come in person to drop off our paperwork they needed copies plus even if you make an appointment Leticia is never on time you will wait 1 1/2 to been seen. She’s not professional and always during this time she always has an emergency to excuse herself. We continue to come here after Mario Jimenez passed away because he was really good and out of respect but this will be the last year we come here never again. 0 STARS good luck to those who choose to come here.

This establishment is a joke. Won’t be recommending any of my friends and family. She use to be a great refund tax service. She have just disappointed me to be honest. Brought my tax papers to get done since the beginning of the year and told me she needed IRS LETTERS I received them the beginning of March brought them ASAP AND TOLD ME SHE WILL CALL ME BACK DUE TOO COVID AND TILL THIS DAY NOTHING. I Call and front desk always tell me she will get back to you later throughout the day and nothing I come and same thing and I’m just sick and tired of this so now I’m waiting outside her establishment have been here for more than 10 minutes

I’ve been trying to get my taxes done with her for over a month . She’s had them told us she will call back and never once did or attempted to . I called 10 Times in one hour for no one to respond . Don’t waste you’re money or time with her! Should of stop coming here once Mario had passed away .

Needs more improvement on there out of state customers. An customer service needs to be extremely improved more. They always say they will call back an take a message but either one never happens. An they also ask for you to go online as well. Unfortunately after 9 years I had to find a new person to help wit my taxes. Best of luck to this company

If i could give a negative rating i would. My Husband has been going to them for years ,and even though against my better judgement, I agreed to do them jointly this year here. WHAT A MISTAKE! They had us drop off all our paper work in April, didn't actually get to sit with Letty till May, after a million phone calls, that were never returned. It is now Late July and we still have not received our return! We are going with someone else today and figuring out how to report this "business" to the IRS. They are definitely doing shady stuff! Not to mention we made them $150 to process our taxes. PLEASE DON'T GO HERE! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!

I don't recomend this place at all..I cant never get a hold of anybody always tell you they'll give you a call back but they don't and to top it all off they charge to much to do your tax refund.and for an extension they charge 100.00 when you can just do it for free in other places.won't be going back there.

DO NOT STEP FOOT IN HERE, nothing but dumbass and rudeness here. My sister had gone here to do her taxes since her husband has been going here with his family for years. She asked how much would it be and they said "depending on how many forms you turned in" Fast forward and they tell her she has to pay $100 and only getting back $208. So my sister went to pick up her forms instead. They were over here acting stupid saying they can't find her forms, she had to wait 3 hours for them to finally "find them" one of the mensas has a damn bitchy attitude. I feel bad for this company because they're slowly losing customers with employees acting this way. If you can't handle this job then I suggest finding another one, her name is Andrea. Regardless to say, this is the worst tax service ever. They wanted to give my sister someone else's taxes and then they tell her husband that he's being audited and has to pay the state and they gave him someone else's taxes too. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
