Saw the good reviews and since they worked on luxury cars I decided to drop off my luxury car which was repaired through insurance. The reviews did not match up at all with what I experienced. Waited over 2 months for a job I was initially told would take at most 3 weeks. I decided to check up on my car in person to see what progress had been made a whole month after I dropped it off and I was extremely disappointed. Very little progress was made with the time given and they had some body parts from other vehicles drying off after being worked on, on top of my car. At least it had some butcher paper in between to “protect” my car I guess. Some weeks after I showed up in person again to remind them that they kept falling behind on the repairs. They kept telling me next week it would be ready but in reality it was ready next month. After a long wait I went to pick up my car. Yes it was fixed into its pre accident state, however on the opposite side of where my car was damaged from the accident it had some weird residue or stain left on the hood and the roof (pictures provided) which doesn’t wash off at all maybe with some special chemical I have not yet tried. Ultimately very disappointing service and disappointing results to say the least from what I experienced here.

Recently I had an accident so I brought my car to this place. They handled the reparations very well! It's kinda hard to get an estimate on the time they'll do their work because obviously every car is different and has different needs. Mine was worth the wait! Alex, Samantha, and Johnny are real professionals and take good care of their customers and their property too obviously. I really recommend this place!

I had a fantastic experience at this body shop! Johnny and the girls at the front desk were incredibly attentive and made the whole process smooth. The quality of service was outstanding, and my car looks newer than ever. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I want to thank Johny , Alex, Sasha, Sam and the team at one point collision & custom all you guys are awesome! Thank you for making me feel at ease after I felt overwhelmed when they tried to break in my wife car and ripping her door handle on her birthday weekend. You guys are the only ones from the time first call made me feel at ease and feel certain I you guys where going to take care of it and you guys definitely did! Keep up the good work I will definitely take all my cars here and recommend you to everyone I know.

I had the pleasure of having my car repaired at On point Collision after it was rear-ended and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I received. From the moment I walked in and spoke with Johnny and Alex I knew I was in good hands. They were professional, courteous and they provided me with detailed information and explained the repair process clearly. I didn’t have to worry about anything, They completed the repairs and kept me updated throughout the process. My car looks as good as new with no trace of the damage sustained. They did an awesome job!! Highly recommended.

Firstly, let me start by saying, if you have been involved in an auto accident, I pray no one was seriously injured. If you are in need of paint or bodywork for your car, please, do yourself a favor and go see Johnny at On Point Collision and custom. I took my pick up to On Point Collison and Custom following an accident and I couldn’t be happier with the results; it’s like I have a brand new truck!! I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of their work and appreciate their professionalism even more!!! Johnny’s team provided me with regular updates and consistently responded to my inquiries, throughout the process. Johnny explained the process and time the work would take, accurately. It is good to know that there are honest businesses, providing quality work, who stand behind their work! My repairs came with a lifetime guarantee , as long as I own the vehicle!

I went to Johnny, at on point collision and custom, i could not have made a better decision, for any car repairs these guys are top, not only did they go above and beyond to restore my vehicle, but they made it as simple and easy as possible. They did an excellent job at working with my vehicle. They called me for any updates with parts and very friendly. Shop owner Johnny was very helpful and oversaw any little blemishes on my car . $200 A DAY FOR STORAGE FEES WE WERE NOT AWARE WHEN FIRST DROPPED CAR OFF THERE. The part that sucks is they don’t even keep your car in the shop, they keep it in the street. Should’ve just kept my car at my place? Ridiculous!
