Everything is a mess. The bathroom is nasty, no soap, no paper towels and the air dryer don't work... The cashier was very mean. First and last time there...bad experience.

The place was really crowded and full. They weren't a lot of options for men shirts. They were a lot of the same shirts, but in different sizes. I would recommend DDs since they have more options and not many people go there.

Never go back to buy at this store anymore is ridiculous that i tried to exchange something and i didnt have the receipt i paid 10.00 dls for the clothes and they trying to gave me only .40 cents of credit thats abuse .

Substandard location. Not happy with my visit. Staff having neck covered with tattoos does not breed confidence. Guessing West L.A. locations are much different.

While apeared as an ordinary costumer to my Ross Store Dress For Less in the city of Bell Flowers , I noticed some irregularities that I had already talk about them by an email to the store managers to all locations by GEOGRAPHICAL ZONE. THE SOUTHWESTERN ZONE was among the group of retailers notified. First if all I personally want to apologise to the lovely and patience consumers or regulary costumers whom relyes on the excellent service and great prizes for the whole family. As of all you noticed the deficiencyes and one big irregularity that if unattended would bring some legal claims or damages by our negligence. I will name those non compliance observations during my audit as hiding auditor among customers. In that way I will be able to address immediate violations or deficiencyes than anouncing my arrival for an specific day where by then they will even bring the labor higher to justified my reception. Those were my observations around the store at 14:37 on the day of 06/23/2021 by myself:1- only one registered cashier open and more than 5 customers on line.(over 30 costumers ) if that would had been an official audit our score would had drastically decreased since that cannot be hide since it is visible to all.2- A violation to the Ross internal POLICIES and employee good practices expected. Let me clarify that one . At no time at all an employee regardless of their range in the store or position and that includes me and the whole associates and top management including human resources ,advisory ,security advisory , members of the chairman board and even investors. It is strictly PROHIBITED and would lead to a termination if considered after the investigation when an APARENTLY a hard working manager in rush time in the store while the audit was taking place , an argument between the manager and a valuable costumer or consumer was taking place at the time of checking out . The argument was increasing of tone and both seemed to defend their cause. Unfortunately I don't have the whole story from both sides but our manager at the time, violate a key policy to never argue to a consumer that at the end of the day pays our checks and that includes me. I hear from the distance that the costumer even requested the employee number to report her to the Ross Corporation and we are just waiting to the arrival of the complain and we will be forced to review the whole customer service procedures to minimize any possibility of legal enforcements by any court. I will be glad to give the costumer a personal letter if apology and a Ross gift card to compensate the hard time and we will cover his bill for that day. Our employe will be RETRAIN as long with the whole crew by their schedule and we will try to have consistent meetings to bring their inquiry es to my attention. And to avoid the shortness of personal we will always have to open all 4 registers and the returns register employee must stay there and do not change his or her duties as return associate. And if slow send the employees to do go backs and double check sizes or whatever is need it.3- As I mentioned before if an official audit we would had failed and fined and possibly lost our licence for not providing a handicap check out registered at all times in the store. I was not expecting to find that considered a critical non comply and automatic end of the audit since no lower score would be available to report us or document. Besides been a violation for our policy we violate the law for the state of California in the city of Bell Flowers for not providing handicap access and immediate accesibility to cashiers with out the need of been on line. My CORRECTIVE action is to order the necessary handicap sings and make them bright with a light in every open registered to check out and a clear sing in the door notifying customers handicap that they can choice any register at their convenience and even request an employee the whole time during their experience at Ross. Also I will take a day to enter and walk to verify if aisles are accesible or not. Changes will be
