I needed a new facial hair trimmer so I decided to go to my local Sally’s. First time going and I was immediately greeted when I walked through the door by Jasmine. She was friendly and helped me choose the clippers. She was a huge help.

No enough black products been living around here for 9 years seem to get less an less black friendly we ALWAYS have to hunt for products damn shame get with the time's yall. This store will send you to another store so you can leave the store. Went were they suggested an the store said they lied to send me awAY DIRTY ASSS

Horrible horrible customer service! Purchased root touch up spray, but accidentally got wrong color. Went to Bellgardens local for "even exchange" for right color. Employee behind counter tried charging me an addt'l $5+ because she claimed that I had to pay extra $$ even though I had used a reward cert. on original purchase. I basically told her NO that's not how it works, I technically paid with it along with $6.99 of my $$$, it should've been an even exchange $0 money due, then another employee jumped in to chime in telling me that I owed them money. They tried explaining to me (like I didn't understand or speak English) that the reward certificate can only be used on that day. Well guess what if you accept it like cash this exchange should have been a $0 charge. Who ever runs the show here needs to train the employees correctly! I will never return to this location and there's no way you actually expect someone to pay the difference when using a reward certificate!!! Don't give them out then, why bother!!

Sorry, drove my wife to this location in our neighborhood. When she called to see if her order was ready since she placed it the night before. They should have emailed her some sort of confirmation by the next morning. She had to call customer service and they literally took like 1/2 an hour just to answer her simple question. If her order was ready they said it was. She call's the store and there answering machine comes on saying they are closed due to a holiday I'm like WTF what holiday. So that's why I had to drive her because she was not sure. And of course they are open her order was ready. Too much BS just to pick up some items. And check this out the container isn't even full she has bought this product before from same location and it's normally full to the top. Again it sucks that we work hard, we try every day to live a honest life be reasonable. But it makes it really unpleasant to buy anything anymore. Or be out in the streets. I wonder why this world is falling apart lil things become bigger things cause lots of people just don't want to give that 120%

Terrible customer service and no effort to help or try to find a solution. I placed an order online and came to the store to pick up my order. I give my name and then I am told by one of the employees that no order had been received in the store. Another employee by the name of Fatima proceeds to walk to the counter to assist. Fatima states that the system is down and they do not have an order nor have received one for me. I tried to show her my confirmation for my order and she disregard to me. So then I get on the phone and proceed to call customer service prior to that, I asked Fatima what is your solution to this issue. What protocol do you have in place for when this happened. I get it that your system is down. Unfortunately Fatima had no answer for me, however she does let me know that customer service might be closed because they're on different time zone. I get a hold of somebody and they tell Fatima and inform her that my order was processed, so that what she should do is take down my name order information and that once the system is up she needs to cancel my order once. She is also informed that she should apologize for the inconvenience which not once did she. Miss Fatima could've been a lot more assistant if she would've known what is the protocol to take once the system goes down. However she was unpleasant, rude and unhelpful.

Great staff :) I came in for toner and dye and they helped right away the cashier at register 2 was very helpful and helped me pick out a toner :)

I went into the store purchased items and I ask the cashier with red hair sorry but I didn’t get her name to see if I had rewards since I am a member she said she couldn’t look it up and that they took that feature off so she wasn’t able to see then I told her it was weird because I had just purchase something at another location maybe like a week ago she said they changed that this morning then within seconds she changed her story and said that she was able to see my rewards I think she shouldn’t lie to people like that I’m a regular customer so to me that not good customer service
