It was such a disappointment because I could have brought it back to Alcanters for warranty but wanted a second opinion. Rick explained what the problem was and sent pictures as evidence. If you tell them do a full tune up and the mechanics see that you don't need something included in the tune up they wont do it and of course not charge it because they work with you and really try to help you. I have been in different places around and honestly this place is the best. The Owner is a great person and it is a family business so you feel very comfortable there. Great environment.
