If you like wasting an hour in line and miss the DMV attitudes, send all your prescriptions to this location. Otherwise, avoid at all cost!! Send them somewhere else, where the invest in the pharmacy department and actually hire competent employees. I don't understand how a business can be so busy but yet lack proper hiring and organization. In and out has it down with longer lines.

Avoid this pharmacy if you can. It takes about 30 to an hour in line just to pick up your medicine. That's with three people helping at all time. It doesn't matter at what time you go.

Horrible customer service. LONG WAIT TIMES!
So many people in line and pharmacy techs and cashiers just standing around. It took 3 days for my meds to be filled and upon arrival one was still not ready and I had to wait 40 more minutes.
God I miss Rite Aid!!

Why have a sign that says people with app line up on the other side if you're not going to even bother to call them. Take down the sign if you're not going to honor what it says.

It’s been 4 days that I dropped off a package, I checked the tracking and said package has not even been sent out! I don’t ever use their access point until that day and I highly highly regret it. Now I have an angry customer because it shows on the tracking the package hasn’t even been received. So I look like a liar in their eyes because CVS access point hasn’t even taken the time to process it in FOUR DAYS! horrible service. And there was an Asian lady the day I dropped off. I had to say excuse me 5 or 6 times before with an attitude she turned back to look at me. The package was given to an older Asian gentleman at the register because there was no one at the access point, but I saw him put it in their area. 4 days is unacceptable and I even want to go and retrieve the package at this point because this is RIDICULOUS! If I could give 0 stars I would. I hate making reviews but this is just very unprofessional and ridiculous. Don’t waste your time and your clients at this access point or their cvs in general. The staff is rude like I stated above. I will never ever use another access point again. First and last. Especially at this location.

The staff at this CVS are good, caring people. They're doing a great job. My beef is with CVS's automated phone system. Soulless, not at all helpful. When I call a pharmacy, I hope to speak with a living human being, not some poor excuse for AI.

It is NOT OPEN 24 hrs. I’ve gone on two separate occasions, and they have this handwritten sign on the doors that says THEY ARE CLOSED. ????

I have never had a problem with CVS and my medication and if I did CVS is always there for me, calling my doctor for my refills.
I recommend this CVS to everyone.
Plus the rewards and extra bucks are awesome, with everything going up in price.
